To see a President raise a toast to The Queen is a wonderful thing. Of course the Prime Minister had also raised a toast to The President earlier. It's called respect. The USA and the UK are wonderful. We embody the very best in international relations. Let's face it the parent can only stay angry with the children for so long! :P
