Thanks so much and, I will say, that was a fun video to record and put together. That gym felt much more video friendly and it felt natural to talk to a camera. I hope you've had a grand week so far and wishing you an epic weekend!

Good workout. The pull ups and row machine look like they add some solid variety which seems like a boost in most programs IMO

Another good workout demonstration. 💪🏻👍🏻 I wouldn't be too concerned about your paunch; you'd still look better at the beach than most other guys, regardless of age! 190 looks good on you. Some would see heavier weight on a person as a drawback, but for those who like to lift, I think it makes us look bigger...and that's not necessarily a bad thing!

I agree Stan. I feel great, just a little bigger belly than usual. On the plus side I feel stronger so that's a fine trade off! So, Happy Friday Eve to you and wishing you a fabulous weekend!

You mean the annoying stealing wasn't your shoulders crying out in pain?? LOL Did enjoy the Band playing "Up on Cripple Creek" in the background though. I like the idea of the rotational pull-up handles. Wish my gym had them. And I'm still jealous of your pull-ups, but I'm getting closer! Great workout, Mark! Go get 'em!

They did have some great music playing in there! That's the only gym, of the many I frequent, that has the rotational handles...they work great! It is odd having a little forklift roaming around the gym though. Big 'ol renovation going on in there!

Great work-out, more than enough stimulus, now sleep, eat, etc...just curious with that lower volume do you get sore? I know some people never get sore, whereas I always got sore easily.

Thanks so much and, yes, I got sore. I rarely get arm or shoulder soreness but, always chest, back and quads. Goes away in 24 hours or so and it's a great map to what I actually hit in a particular workout. I hope you've had a swell week and have yourself an even better weekend my friend! Mark
