I saw a snippet on Extra, not a fan of tabloid TV but they were talking about the relationship that Suzanne had with her husband. It was said that they never spent more than 2 hours apart. Now I have no idea how true this is or was but the love that they had was amazing and inseparable. He adored her and she adored him. She was in her 70's and she still talked about how her got her motor running. It was a very revealing yet on point interview. True Suzanne, she told it as she thought it was. I grew up watching Three's Company and all three of the original cast members were a big part of my youth. She may have played a "ditzy" blonde, but she knew how intelligent she truly was and wasn't intimidated by anyone. She was a strong and amazing woman who will be missed but never ever forgotten.

@@loveyouallforeva Suzanne was diagnosed with breast cancer....and told she would DIE, soon....23 YEARS AGO. But, she didn't die in the year 2000. I'd say she was very successful in delaying her cancer for 23 YEARS.....with holistic remedies. Many people die within a year, or two WITH traditional chemotherapy. But, Suzanne extended her life for 23 more years and was able to reconcile with John Ritter (before his passing, in 2003)....and Joyce DeWitt (in 2012).

Lost the love of my life in 2019 after first meeting in high school, married in college and blessed with 37 years of marriage. Like Suzanne, my wife first had breast cancer 15 years earlier. Had surgery but said no to chemo. Doctors said she might see a return in less than 2 years and die. Instead we opted for different route of supplements and lifestyle changes. Stayed cancer free 10+ years with no regrets. Not a choice for all but was right for us. Our kids and friends said we were joined at the hip as we did everything together. I'm truly broken now but slowly learning to move forward with a broken heart. Like a pro athlete told me once about an injury he had. You simply learn to live with the pain. I trust Suzanne and my Pam are now walking the streets of heaven free from all pain and suffering. I can hardly wait to join them one day.

My mom died from late stage cancer complications in 2016. She was just 49 and it really rocked my dad's world cause they were married 27 years and he is 17 years older so he never imagined that he would be the one widowed instead of her. So it's a hard reality to process when you are the surviving spouse left with the heaviness of grief to cope with.

I’m still amazed at how she stood up for herself and demanded equal pay. She demanded her worth. While she didn’t win that fight, she set a precedent for actresses to start fighting for equal pay to their costar male actors.

In spite of spending so much of her life on health and wellness, she had so many health problems and didn't live that long. Goes to show that only focusing on the external won't get you very far. It's the deep emotional, soul healing that brings us vitality and longevity, even reversing the aging process. There's a profound unfelt grief in a person with such intense vanity all the way until the end of her life. Sorry for the loss to her family, bless her and them and RIP Suzanne.

Their story sounds similar to my folks. My mom & stepdad are the best of friends. When my mom was diagnosed with reproductive cancer, my dad & I were by her side, especially him every day. When people ask how long he has been married, they both would reply, “Not long enough.” They celebrated 34 years of marriage. My dad is 9 years older than my mom. It is so hard loosing her 4 months ago. However I’ve experienced through this time how well God has taken care of my heart. The love & joy my mom left with us, it’s an inspiration I want to follow after. I enjoyed growing up watching Suzanne Somers. My favorite tv show to watch of her is Step by Step. Oh my goodness, I LOVE that show 💛 Both Suzanne & my mom are strong women who love with all they have & add a special place in their heart with those they can wrap their arms around. My stepdad & I are here for each other & we’re still a close-knit family, just missing a special part of it. There isn’t a day that goes by I do not think of my mom🌻 Until I see her again one fine day, the memories of her she gave me are sensational & are held dear to my heart. My condolences to Suzanne’s family. She is a beautiful women inside & out & she will be missed very much. Psalm 34:18

Just a couple weeks ago, I started down a Suzanne Sommers/THree's Company tear, missing them and remembering how fun they were. I didn't realize how hard she fought for herself, as a woman, to be paid equitably on Three's Company, or the struggles she endured when they did not respect her requests. I gained so much more respect for her. Amazing humanity, activism and also her savvy as a businesswoman were really iconic. I don't know what it was about her, but she touched everybody, everybody loved her. Sending love to her family. How lucky they were to have her.

55 years! God bless them both for being couples goals! 🎉👸🏼🤴🏻 My late Mom was one of Suzanne’s ladies: had the Thigh-master (she never used), several of her books on homeopathy and things like that, and a convection oven that we used forever! Anything Suzanne was selling my Mom was buying. Two Libras in a pod. Safe trip, Suzanne! 🩷
