I'd LOVE to see more of this "edutainment" type content. Watching fishing alone is great, but this is the best of both worlds!

Lucky me just got to relocate to minocqua for work with a 4 day work week! Was up there for the fourth and caught a 42” and 35” tiger white with a little red buck tails both hit on retrieve. Boulder junction in kayak

Haha!! Yes please open that border! So many boats, not just fisherman now, and many don’t know common courtesy anymore!

Obviously love the duo videos, but absolutely you should do more solo stuff if you have the time. It's very helpful to see how you do things solo since a lot of us fish alone more often than not.

Lee has the muskie magic. I'm glad your breaking down all this. I've been to this lake numerous times this year and came up empty every time.

Some of that rambling about this and that was very good for prompting me to think about a few lake characteristics in different ways. Yes, there was a bit of "dead time" as you talked, but I almost feel like that makes it easier to absorb the pertinent points than if those points are over and done with in an instant and the video ends. Very helpful.

Great video, I love the longer format and detailed talk about your approach. I learned a few things. Nice to see how you work the glide bait, too. I just started using glides this year. I like them but no fish on one of those yet. Love the Hell Ya finish, that Mini Tap Dancer looks sweet. Thanks for the great video!

Nothing tougher than fighting and trying to net a Musky when your fishing alone. I lost a big one last week on it's second run as I got it to the boat and tried to net it as it dove under my boat and lost it. I was shaking for at least 30 minutes afterwords . Congrats on your haul.

I keep a pair of gloves in my outside pocket of my fishing backpack. I work in a dirty place and don't feel like getting cut up. I sliced my entire finger up in Canada one year on a northern and had to wrap it up with a bread bag and fishing line for a week and still have a giant scar on my thumb fifteen years later.

Could you also at one point talk about how you survive a full day of fishing ie; Nutrition, hydration, breaks, sun blocking and lunch. I keep trying, but I can’t get passed 5 hours on the water before I’m absolutely pooped!
@recordfishhunter92343 жыл бұрын
I know you have to be a Savage beast to do 8 hours or more my advice is get out of the boat for 30 minutes have lunch rehydrate and get back to it ! Try trolling put in rod holder kick back.

Well they decided to not work with us anymore because they were unsatisfied with the amount of promotion for them. We didn't see it that way but thats business.

@@TodaysAngler Wow that’s too bad because you’d think everyone is all working together to promote the musky industry but I guess not. This doesn’t look good for Rollie and Helens….(that’s what they are to me). Thanks for the response, by far my favorite fishing channel….. gonna say it again, your enthusiasm is genuine and truly captures most fisherman who aren’t out every week living on the water. My uncle who is 69 years old caught his first musky on Shish a couple weeks ago….43” beast…I was as happy for him as if I caught it myself
