Okay for a 6ft 1 man? Stride length looks quite small.

I'm 6'4", and it's just long enough for what it's designed for: walking at a standing desk. If you have a long stride length while walking and or long legs it might be too short, but for most it's just right I think

I will buy it if you can vouch for it. Have you experienced any issue with it at all? Is it too noisy at walking speed doing online meetings?

no issues so far, and it's not terribly noisy, but I also use Nvidia Broadcast to cut ambient noise (sometimes I have 3D printers and other things running), so there's no way this would be picked up with my setup. If you have a very sensitive microphone, it might come through. I'd imagine this is on the quieter side of treadmills though.

I read your article very good. my belt has slid to the left and the manual says to set speed to .05 speed but there is no speed like that 1.0 is the lowest. to adjust the belt do you put the tool on the bottom? or top hole? doesn't fit. please let me know or make a vid how to adjust belt?

Is it good for runing?

Not really, unless you have a short stride. It's best for light jogging or walking while working at a standing desk.

Is this the full speed? 1:00

This was near full speed, but not all the way, without solid grab bars I don't feel fully stable at the highest setting with my desk up high. You can go up to a light jog/speed walk on it though, 5 MPH top speed
