Thank you , I’ve found in 14 months that the 3 trainers I’ve had are high quality but when you have non athletes trying HIIT or cross fit the trainer has to walk the newbies thru the WO safely. So other than a personal session which at this time I can’t afford these videos really help,and yours was exceptional. Thank you keep up the good safe work.

I make all the mistakes you just listed. Video has helped me a lot and today is my first day paying attention and I can’t wait till I have my toes to go now! Thank you.

Great video! I was definitely in the fault #1tarzan swinging category. Tried your advice in my latest wod, found it much better and got more reps together each set! Thanks guys

I have really long legs compared to my body. I am 6'3 and some movements like T2B and burpees seem harder and take more energy. Tips for tall people?
@alphanada7 жыл бұрын
Jesse Gavin same here. all the movements seem more awkward and become an "adaptation" compared to shorter legged folks, because of the proportion of legs to torso. it's hard to explain, as you know.

Why can't you just do it smoothly ? Bring knees closer to body and then lift rest of the legs.

I personally prefer strict form when performing a toe to bar. Slow up and slow down. After 10 it's burning!
