Like your step by step approach. I joined a CF gym this month and learning step by step is very helpful.

Do you have a program for toes to ring ? Or is it same progression like t2b

Great instruction! I just started CF and for Toes to Bar all I can do is hold on and move my legs like riding a bike. Any other exercise you can recommend to build up these muscles? Ty

Any exercise that builds lats and core will be good for you. Additionally, a drill that's more specific to TTB is putting a box directly under the pull-up bar and hanging with your shins against the box. Keep a hollow position and push down/away on the bar with straight arms, trying to get your shoulders as far back as you can. I'll make a short to show it so keep your eyes peeled for that. I've also got a ton of other TTB videos - just search "TTB WODprep" to see them!

Oh, and a TTB 8 week course that will give you a progression to follow and feedback from our coaches. Check it out here - wodprep.com/course/ttb/

I’m struggling with getting my toes to bar and want to know if it’s ab strength or more back. I can get the kipping down but when I pull knees or straight leg I not only come to a stop or uncontrolled swing I can’t lift my legs back up .

In case you still read this, i feel like i got good tension in my body, but after a few reps i get pain on the upper part where my arms connect to the shoulders, can you please help me on that?
@autumneleaves3 жыл бұрын
your arms connect in a lot of places. assuming this is a year ago, did you find relief? if not, i would say one of your lower muscles are tight: lats or pecs. focus on stretching those so your arm/shoulder has better range of motion

my problem is my weak grip on the bar, and I have to drop every one or two reps ... how can I improve my grip ?
@michaelrhodes6730 Жыл бұрын
You could start with hanging knee raises and then move on to hanging leg raises (about waist high)once you've built up some endurance in your grip....I just realized you posted this 7years ago lol I hope you've made progress!
