OMG! I just made this recipe. So good! But I like spicy, even for brunch, so I added cayenne pepper. Used soft tofu and I added shiitake mushrooms along with the onions. Making it again tomorrow! Thank you for the recipe. Subscribed!

You can use soft or firm. Any kind you like!
