Tofu and Mushroom Sisig Recipe (Healthy Version The Healthy Sisig to try)
We can do a healthier version of the classic dish
using tofu and mushrooms, show casing a delicious meat - free
alternative with crunchy texture and spicy kick.

INGREDIENTS:
1. Liver Spread
2. Mayonnaise
3 Red Chilli
4. Green Chilli
5. Onion
6. Salt and Pepper to taste
7. Lemon

INSTRUCTION:
-Cut the Mushroom into cubes and the Tofu into Cubes also.
-Grab a deep bowl we are going to make a mixture sauce add mayonnaise,
lever spread, then mix well to combine.
-Bring the pan into medium heat add vegetable oil, then fried the tofu
and the mushroom then add onion, green chilli, red chilli and add some
ground black pepper and salt to taste.
-Bring the sizzling plate into low heat once it hot prepare to
transfer the sisig.
-Add Butter to sizzling plate then transfer the tofu mushrooms sisig into
sizzling palte then add red chilli on top and lemon.
-Now its ready to Serve, Enjoy!
