The togruta have to be one of my favorite species. Not counting humans, they still are second or third to the Sangheili and a few.. weirder ones like the Hell Knights, which are less of a species and more just really cool looking. I like my triple jointed legs, alright?

@Gaming With Ryan "bae" doesn't universally mean "shit." Used the way Lore Reloaded did, I infer that he means "before anyone else." And "before anyone else" is a phrase some use to denote their most precious loved one, i.e. a girl or boyfriend. As in, I place the desires and needs of my girlfriend before anyone else because she's the most precious person in my life.

I know they've probably gotten more information in the New canon but this has alot more detail than the twi'lek video. You didn't mention the naming theme or that their lekku are not fully formed at birth as you did with togruta montrail. I hope to hear you go into more about other starwars races. Try miraluka i think their nonexistant out side of canon but they see with the force and while unable to see color they can see the difference between the light and dark attuned force sensitives.

In the Clone Wars, there's an entire society of female Zabrak dark side force witches called the Night Sisters, and one of their members, Asaaj Ventress, is a recurring villain throughout the series.

Speculation: We as humans tend to associate the caretaking and exceptionally social nature of Togruta as a more feminie trait so the depiction in media tends to be a bit more shallow simply to make it easiest to convey to the audience their nature.

Huh... I wasn't aware the general population adhered to pacifist beliefs. In the episode of Clone Wars where that colony of Togrutas is captured by Zygerrian slave traders, I seem to remember some mention of their people having a warrior tradition which these particular Togrutas had rejected in favor of pursuing the arts. Hence why they were easy prey for the slavers.

I was comparing them because American Indians, specifically the Souix, hunted bison, and like the Togrutas used every part of their kill without wasting it. American Indians were also enslaved for a short period of time by the British. The Togrutas were enslaved for a short period of time, too. American Indians painted and tatooed their bodies, but I remember that Togrutas are born with the markings. Not to mention that some American Indians have claimed that they have seen visions, the most notable being from Sitting Bull, predicting the Battle of Little Bighorn. This could be a version of force sight.
