Dude, the way Juna's thinking the bass line here is impressive. Also her solo and keyboard chords add a colorful feel to the piece that is uncommon. The three of them were amazing here!

I've always loved this tune, but it is tough to find an arrangement that really mixes the relationship to the original while still striking some new ground. Love this arrangement as having done both.

This bass player is WOW! She got it going on and she always plays with HQ people. Princess of Funk? Is that what her label is? Have to go digging. So much HQ jazz/funk coming out of Japan. They have made a niche out of taking what is and making it better. Loved her video where a young lady was playing a traditional Japanese/Asian string instrument and it played the guitar parts. Was like jazz/funk meets the Silk Road Ensemble

I have never seen before a four piece band with a drummer, a bassist, a keyboard player and a painter! But seriously speaking: this is brilliant indeed. I'm not always happy with genre-skipping new versions of classic songs, but this funky pop arrangement of a classic jazz tune simply nails it! Excellent job! Chapeau both for the conception and the performance!

Un-freaking-believable! Such a modern take on a Monk classic. A big band-style sound weaving bouncy voicings into the minor chords of the melody and using only bass/keyboard leads!?!! No way! Fabulous! They are all so good. Juna is Juna, of course -- a sensuous solo. The keyboardist is so smooth. The drummer really connects them all. And they're all so cute.
