Thank you for showing domestic violence affects many relationships, not just the “old societal standards”. Everyone deserves respect & support not abuse & disharmony. Best wishes from Adelaide; South Australia🇦🇺💐

Thank you Min Wade, It's important to show that domestic violence has no gender barrier.

Thank you! I went through something of this sort years ago, which ended up in court and awarded in my favor. The Judge extended restrictions not only against my former partner but to his family members and anyone connected to them as well. It changed me. Not so much for the good.

When I was with a guy. He gaslighted me for years. I look back. It was a beautiful hell. Long story, we broke up, He took everything. I left with the dogs and cloths. Him and his new partner systematically destroyed everything. I moved on. It did not stop till he died. I never knew about the drugs. Beware of beautiful hell.

My abuse was more mental in the end it was getting worse I firmly believe that the next thing it would have been physical he would use physical intimidation He was already there. I've lived with being terrorized in my own home it has changed the person I am today.

I like how the therapist or case worker asked for clarity -for example, it got worse how and in what way......
