They created this whole video, in their living room. Tom said they set up a new scene, every day, until it was done. As for media, the vast majority of them (at least in the US) are all connected. Many news people are either married, or related to people in our government as well. It's scary when you hear compilations of different news channels, all repeating the same phrases.

I've watched at LEAST 50 reactions to this song, though, and 99.9% of them agree with the message 100%, which doesn't seem like much a "controversy". The vast majority of ordinary people, like you and I, are really very much middle-of-the-road when it comes to our political beliefs. I do think that social media IS being used by people in powerful positions -- both in business and politics -- in order to manipulate the minds of their consumers into believing the very worst about those with differing opinions. The only thing about this song I disagree with is the part about "All Lives Matter." Black Lives Matter has never meant that all lives don't matter or that black lives are more important than other races. I don't agree with some of the ways BLM goes about getting their message across, but the core of the movement is about bringing black lives up to the same level as white lives. Now, you might disagree with the assertion that black people are inherently more disadvantaged than white people. However, All Lives was intended to discredit, in bad faith, what BLM stands for, by implying that BLM is either anti-white or pro black supremacy.
