Part 9: • Tom Mesereau on Saying...
Part 1: • Tom Mesereau on Defend...
--------
In this clip, Tom Mesereau opened up about having Chris Tucker and Macaulay Culkin take the trial in Michael Jackson's 2005 criminal trial. He explained that Tucker knew the family that was accusing Michael, and Tom was confident about Chris being a strong person to take the stand in Michael's defense. Tom went on to speak about the stress of the trial taking a toll on Michael, adding that he looked gaunt by the last day. He also addressed Macaulay Culkin taking the stand, which you can hear more about above.

When Tom Mesereau asked Gavin, why are you angry with Michael. And Gavin said, he stopped calling us. That was a major point, because everybody in that room realized, that Gavin was never a victim. A victim would never say that!

@@Mindyours1999 You don't know anything about the case. NOTHING! You can't apply your own experience or any knowledge you have into this case. You have to know the details of his case. Martin Bashir was the cause of the allegation. He pretended to be Michael's friend, Michael opened his heart and his home for his interview. After he was done with his filming he changed things, cut things out of the documentary and changed it into a nasty documentary full of lies, for fame and money. The same what he did with the interview of Princess Diana. He apologized for his lies, after Michael died. The allegation are only 1 1/2 month after the Bashir documentary, not before. They lied under oath, Gavin and his brother was caught lying in court. Janet Arvizo tried to sue several celebrities. She was caught of extortion of money from JC Penney. She and her kids had stolen clothes, she got caught by the security, she later said that the security sexual abused her. She had no bruises nothing after a few days later she had allover bruises, she confessed later, that her husband has beaten her up in order to sue the company. She also asked Michael to pay for Gavin's chemotherapy, what he did, but it was payed by Kaiser. The kept the money for herself. She did well fare fraud. The stuff who worked at Neverland testified that the boys were cunning and warned Michael to stay away from this family. One of her accusation was that Michael gave alcohol to minors. The people who worked at Neverland caught the boys, they had stolen the key to the cellar and they had stolen the alcohol. She said she was kidnapped and held captive at Neverland. People who worked said she left and she came whenever she wanted, they even hat a receipt that she went to a beauty spa. Of course Michael had to paid. She did a civil law suit where you get money, not a criminal law suit and she took the same lawyer as Jordan Chandler. The DA attorney in this case, Tom Sneddon falsified evidence and was charged with two other things. He basically put Gavin's fingerprints on a magazine, to show that Michael showed that magazine to Gavin. The problem was, the magazine was not even printed at that time. The Arvizos were the criminals in that case, not Michael, please do a good research. It's way to much, to tell all the details about that case. The best are court protocols, deposition, interview VladTV with Scott Ross, get all the information together. Aphrodite Jones, a journalist was in the courtroom and wrote a book, "Michael Jackson Conspiracy". Michael was the victim here. You have to investigate before you judge someone of such a horrific crime, Michael was acquitted of all charges, innocent, not guilty in a court of law, that is all that counts. It's well known that Michael was perceived as wealthy and famous, vulnerable and weak. People were greedy and jealous, they wanted money. They destroyed Michael with their false allegation.

Honestly while I don’t believe Mike was sexual with those kids, no grown man has any business sleeping in the same bed as a child who isn’t theirs. And the people in his life who let that go on are crazy to me. Idc how kind he was or how generous he was, he crossed several lines. He may of had a good heart but that never sat right with me...
@ElementDaEmcee
@ElementDaEmcee 3 жыл бұрын
@@dinkyboss understandable, but I get his mind set. In Gary him and his brothers would share beds all the time. He most likely thought it was as innocent as that. Plus He has been famous since he was 5. Our view of reality is completely different compared to how his was. After the first allegations he stopped it and made his trusted workers be in the room with him when the kids who came to visit and sleep over. A lot of the times having them sleep in the bed while he was on the floor. Plus Mikes bed room had three floors so having them in there was not like being in a small room. Like I said though I understand where you are coming from.

All the demons that tortured Michael, have been fastracked into the pit of hell. Sneddon (LA DA, twice tried to nail Jackson) faded into the background like a typical snake, he died of cancer in 2014. The Arviso's lost on all 14 counts, due to defence in large part by Mr Mesereau and received nothing (leaving the state to foot a 6 million doller bill). Wade Robson's, dad committed suicide. And Evan Chandler the extorting screen writing dentist (dad of Jordan Chandler) committed suicide with a pistol months after Michael's passing. I guess CARMA does exist. Rip Michael ❤️🇬🇧👑👑👑

Wade’s dad had nothing to do with anything.. the poor man died because his narcissistic family abandoned him. He never accused Michael, Safechucks dad was also a staunch defender of Michael until his family business got sued.. I don’t think he really supported James allegations.

@@globalcitizenn My friend, you need to 'think' again, as if you read Court documents related to the latest attempt of fraud, Wade clearly gives a deposition in no uncertain terms that Wade's father disliked Michael and supported the allegations... @brainanchorstudios879
@brainanchorstudios879 2 жыл бұрын
@@Swat-ed5bt Wade’s father suffered from bipolar disorder - ie. manic depression - and committed suicide in 2002. In his complaint Wade hints at his father committing suicide because of anxiety and fear that Jackson might have been sexually abusing Wade 1, even though Wade’s own claim is that he never told or hinted to anyone until 2012 that he had allegedly been sexually abused. That includes his father, who did not even live with Wade, his sister and mother in the United States, but stayed back in Australia with Wade’s older brother. It has to be noted that mental illness seems to run in Robson’s family. Besides his father’s bipolar disorder, a male first cousin of Wade, also on his father’s side (son of his father’s sister), committed suicide in 2014 at the age of 30, due to depression. NOT because of MJ

Prince was a genius. Listen to what he thinks of the entertainment industry and the way the run the slave ship. Chris Tucker still regrets introducing that extortionist family to Michael Jackson who had been very cautious about who he let into his life after 93', but he loved Chris who vouched for them hence he never saw it coming. Since MJ's death Chris has become a lot more religious and has rejected multiple million dollar film roles because he doesn't want to curse like he used to in the 90s.What happened to Michael was a perfect storm of greedy conglomerates pursuing his 2 million plus songs catalogs by trying to bankrupt him (see Sony vs Invincible album), a corrupt and biased media that still couldn't come to terms with a black kid from Gary Indiana absolutely destroying all artists before him including white darlings the Beatles and Elvis, add a racist Sheriff that wanted to jail MJ by all means necessary including fabricating evidence, plus an entire industry of actual abusers like Epstein, Weinstein, etc that used MJ's name and starpower to divert attention from themselves by publishing fake stories in tabliods and you realize MJ never stood a chance. They destroyed him right in front of us.

Ivan Ivez True I’m ngl. Eddie said some vulgar shit. I don’t believe Michael saw every joke he said MJ mostly saw what was popular so that would be the crack one. In fact when the prosecution claimed mj abused culkin, they were caught off guard when he actually testified for the defence and said not only was he not abused but the protection HADN'T EVEN ASKED HIM if he had been abused! That's they level of deception employed by the prosecution ridiculous.

Buy Aprhodite Jones' "MICHAEL JACKSON CONSPIRACY" on Amazon. She's a former ANTI-Michael, FOX News reporter. Unlike her dishonest colleagues in the media; she provides ACTUAL court transcripts, testimonies.....and the daily drama which the media DID NOT show you, in 2005. You will HATE the media, the Chandlers and the Arvizo family (ESPECIALLY the Arvizos)....after reading this. Tom Mesereau wrote the introduction. She was fiercely ANTI-Michael, but watching the ACTUAL trial....INSIDE THE COURTROOM, exposed the wickedness of her colleagues, SONY, and the ARVIZO family. "MICHAEL JACKSON: CONSPIRACY (2007)". Go to Amazon and buy it.

You should read “One of the Most Shameful Episodes in Journalistic History”. by Charles Thomson. The trial was not on TV but every media outlet had representation. They rewrote what went on in the courtroom. Imagine what’s going on now with the revisioning of January 6, 2021. Michael Jackson went through this for over 30 years.

Watch any Tom Mesereau interview on KZbin. He's basically saying the exact same thing. This interview isn't anything new. It's just that maybe a new audience is being exposed to the content. Tom talked to John Zeigler, a conservative radio host, who initially thought MJ was guilty and changed his mind. That's a recent interview too here on YT. Tom Mesereau, Chris Tucker and Lisa Marie Presley have had the most consistent stories about MJ for years.
