I quit drinking alcohol almost 2 years ago. 6 months in, I hit the wall emotionally. The weight became too much to bear, and I needed help. A friend referred me to a therapist that does ketamine assisted therapy. I did 4 sessions, after which my anxiety, depression, and suicidality were all gone. 10 months after the treatments and my life is completely changed for the better. The sessions sound similar in structure to what Tom describes here, and like him, I too want to share it with the world and help get other people to the help they need. It’s a miracle.

It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. Turns out “ don’t do drugs kids “ was some of the most limiting advice we were ever given . I did 2 hits of acid when I was on the verge of being homeless just cause I had done it a few times and it changed my brain permanently the way I think everything etc. so I decided to use my last $25 to my name on it had a crazy mystical experience where I felt the presence of Either a God or something in the room ( when I’m by myself ) that loved me as well as everybody else in the world . ( which I never believed in god . But the feeling of love washed over me and suddenly I loved everyone . I realized all my own bullshit . All I was thinking about is how I could treat people better . Situations where I could have made someone’s life easier and I didn’t . I basically thought of any situation I could have handled better and then started acting on it and it changed my entire life . I ended up finding work , found a woman that loves me . And now we are raising a family . And I steer clear of all drugs including alcohol besides a few puffs of some weed . The real weird part is I was addicted to anything bad for u under the sun. As soon as I came out of that experience I quit smoking cigarettes , coke , Molly, any of the pills I was doing and I quit it all cold turkey with no types of withdrawal and I believe it’s all due to the fact of that one choice I made . And I’ve never not believed in God since it happened to me

I saw snakes or serpents on it. Does anyone know what that was and what it ment? It looked like 🧬 DNA twisted and moving and was also dark red. What does that mean?

Speaking of taking notes during a meditation/vision quest. I use Microsoft Teams and use the AI note taker. It records the entire transcript of the session and spits out and AI summary to help you digest it all later. Extremely helpful

I have to do this. Ron whites story was great, Chelsea Handler, so many people share some good stories about their "trip" on ayahuasca and I need to get out of my head for a few hours...bring it!!
