TOMATO RICE - PORTUGUESE RECIPE // Cooking With Spices

Tomato Rice Portuguese Style
Serves 2 to 3
Ingredients:
Olive Oil- 3 tbsp
Carolino Rice or Arborio Rice- 1 cup
Water- 2,5 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Onion- 1 chopped
Bay leaves- 2
Black Pepper- 6
Tomato- 2 chopped
Green pepper- 2 tbsp
Red pepper- 2 tbsp
Tomato paste- 1 tbsp
Fresh chopped Coriander and parsley- to taste
