This guy is 100% correct. Take it from someone who suffered from chronic inflammation (+ leaky gut + leaky brain) all his life until a competent health professional finally took care of my gut microbiome and my life completely transformed for the better. I'm not the same person I used to be, physically and mentally. My asthma, eczema, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, brain fog, chronic constipation, and low self-esteem, are all gone. Even psychotherapy works 10 times better than it used to, because I'm finally healthy and I can spend the resource on my brain to better myself.

Thank you Tom and Naveen for the message in that utterly complicated but beautiful presentation 👌 l have been a diabetic type 2 for nearly 6 years now. I use the word " have been" because since l opened you- tube on health issues and my head space, l have Learned so much. Meaning l started with fasting, 12hrs then 6 hrs of feeding ( not just anything) selected based on the little knowledge l had gathered. For 3 days. Then 16hrs and straight up to 24hrs and l have never felt better!. I have since then, scaled down my medications from 12 different pills for diabetestype2, blood pressure and kidney disease, to 4 pills. I had totally given up and resigned to my fate. Now after listening to you and " Mr" Jain am totally hooting ! You have no idea what you have done to my life...l can genuinely smile again. For Mr. Jain to say people should be intellectually curious and the other one, l simply can't wait to explore the world of useful information that will definitely help with all the stuff my doctor condemned me to. There was something very special for being born early enough to be in this century. This is evolution reloaded for me and many others. Thank you again Tom bilyeu and Mr. Jaim today and all your guests. My A1C s came down from 14.0 to now between 5.0 -6.7 ! Am hooked and loving it in Kenya, Nairobi.

I have severe Gastritis,and it’s extremely painful. I also have autoimmune disorders fibromyalgia RA , CFS, CRPS, and I don’t have tonsils ,gallbladder or appendix. I began bleeding 🩸 from my stomach yrs ago and severe heartburn. I ended up going for a scope . I had been taking axid, Nexium, losec, Tagamet, Zantac, Tecta, all bad for us ,and they cause dementia and Alzheimer’s. So I had to eat cabbage soup for 11 months. I don’t drink. It worked but only green cabbage and carrots. No spices l I couldn’t even do Apple Cider Vinegar Braggs. So I began taking the 40+ Billion Probiotics every day,apparently they must be taken daily. It definitely worked. Then one day I had meat and dairy . I thought I was going to die . I have a very high pain tolerance.Dr Rhonda Patrick on Joe Rogan Experience 1.4 million views on Broccoli Sprouts. Sulphoraphane is absolutely incredible. Dr David Sinclair lifespan book . Page 304 has everything. Intermittent fasting is so important. If your starving and can’t wait ,then there’s something really really wrong. You need to get past that kind of hunger. Like he said what’s good for one isn’t ok for another. We are microorganisms and it makes complete sense. How Joe TIPPINS beat terminal lung cancer with $8 dog dewormer is unbelievable. It was in his lungs huge tumour,spread to tissues blood organs and the FENDBENDAZOLE/ Pancura C worked. Same as Dr who had 200+ mice who all had cancer. They ended up with worms 🐛. So she the Dr gave FENDBENDAZOLE to the mice sand every single mouse was cancer free! Unfortunately 2 weeks later she began to get severe headaches. Drs said stage 4 Glioblastoma. Get into hospice to die . She was young . She went home ,cried , and said I have 2-3 weeks to live ,what’d o I have to lose ? She took the FENDBENDAZOLE and both the Dr and Joe TIPPINS are 6+ years cancer free. So intermittent fasting. No oils dairy , meats , sugar . Low carbs . Tumeric 500 mg from Cucurminoids. D3@ K2 . No gallbladder take OXBILE salts with it. B1-3-6-( methocobalamin) 12 Vit E Fish oil krill or Norwegian blue bottle with lemon. Sulphoraphane is something Dr Rhonda Patrick has raved about,and I like the results. Order kits online. They are better than broccoli,plus when frozen the amount quad triples . Don’t buy them because salmonella etc can get in as well as bagged salads . Go to Jeff Mara cooking on utube ,broccoli sprouts. It takes 5 days ,and your set . Easy and affordable and huge anti aging as well . I agree this was by far Toms best guest in a very very long time! ❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦

Thank you again Tom for your consistency on educating us with the most updated research. I agree with Nakeem 100 % of inflammation and the foods we eat. How they help and or destroy our bodies. I do understand, and feel for Nakeem's struggle of his father's health. I personally researched and chose to eat the foods that caused less inflammation for myself. Twenty years ago researching documentaries regarding defeating devastating disease. My own trials and errors with by identical sister as she was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic colon cancer at age 30. I kept a food journal while training, coaching / in an Olympic sport myself and then, by request my identical sister she chose me as her health coach.. We both saw the benefits of her eliminating meats, dairy, processed foods, and sugars from her diet. She decided to follow the Mediterranean diet with consistent exercise and meditation as well. Surviving Stage 4 metastatic colon cancer for 5 years. Thank you again, I look forward to starting up with viome for my families peace of mind, health, and longevity.

Man Naveen is doing so many different things. What he talks about at 18:30 on stress, anxiety and inflammation is SO true. I have suffered from excema for most of my life and I actually got worse eczema late last year when I was dealing with daily panic attacks for months, thinking there was something wrong with my heart. Diet also has an effect on my eczema. People who don't suffer from eczema still gets inflamed but it doesn't show on their skin, that's the only difference. Take care of your shell people.

I think by far this was my top favorite person to be interviewed. Dr. Sebi was a pioneer in stating that inflammation was the root cause of dis-ease and to further that it relates to the mucus membrane which in in the entire body. The key is balance not to acidic not too alakine. I was sad to hear about Naveen father and hope that he pushes pass regulations to do what's best for his body. Its still important for people to understand that the body is just one aspect of the living person and working on the spirtual influences on the mind come along with our overall health as well. Edgar Cayce says that each person has a specific frequency that they resonate and I don't find it a coincidence that Naveen last name is Jain, and wanting to help out humanity as a whole. My first name has all those letters and I invert the name Niaja to give it the same meaning. A-Jain. My mission too is to help people discover their relationship with their body. I am working on it and hope to inspire people and give them back their freedom so that we have an opportunity to be a benefit to our Earth

This is actually very true. I have the same thoughts about food as Naveen Jain. Inflammation is actually a signal which has various frequencies telling your brain which food you are craving and what food you should be eating. Craving is not an accident but caused by a signal from the guts telling your brain what to do. So listen to both your cravings and the brain.

On the subject of brain-gut communication many of us are unaware that we have a bunch of neurons in our gut area. Essentially we have two (not including the two halves of the brains in our heads) two brains. This could easily be the source of the idioms based around the idea of “I just have a gut feeling” being so prominent in our cultures across the world. And who knows, maybe that’s how the microbiome communicates with our brains.

I had to keep pausing it because I had so many thoughts going through my head that I couldn't focus on the new material and had to write thoughts down in order to fully grasp what was said next. Great job, great interview. I am excited for the future with these findings. I personally have noticed my own changes in my digestion (severe stomach and bathroom issue for 10 years) and chronic depression that I couldn't fully comprehend why they cleared up, but I am pretty sure it is because of reducing the stressors in my environment, practicing gratitude, and changing the way I eat.

I asked my professor today (Treatment of Obesity Class) what their take was on the idea that prolonged acidic blood pH, and the resulting inflammation, is the underlying cause of all diseases. She had two things to say about it. "I don't support that at all" and "Our body regulates our pH between 7.35 and 7.4". She then moved on with class. Seemed so fishy to me I started laughing.
@FlemetAeton
@FlemetAeton 4 жыл бұрын
@@underscore-psn From what I know, the body does regulate the pH around there, but the question becomes how does it regulate the blood. Does it leach calcium from the bones? What exactly happened to the calcium? Just so many questions that most professors don't need to know. Unrelated note: colleges seem to push political agendas into the grading system as well. I know mine does.
@underscore-psn
@underscore-psn 4 жыл бұрын
@@FlemetAeton the body does regulate the pH between 7.35-7.40, under perfect conditions. Gut Microbiome seems to play a huge role in which foods people are able to digest properly, and there are many foods, drugs, and antibiotics that disrupt the microbiome, leading to leading to inflammation. Have you ever felt sick to your stomach from being so stressed out? Or to use a maybe morbid example, if a loved one passes away, the severe grief alone can cause you to feel sick all over. Stressors from daily life and diet add up overtime, shifting the balance to far for the body to keep up the pH regulation within its normal range. Be it breathwork to expel co2 and take in more oxygen, and activating anti-inflammatory responses, or eating anti-inflammatory foods. The body or mind wont survive if it is always being pushed to one side of the pH/stress/inflammation balance. I'm just a stranger on the internet though with a theory not yet fully developed.

I've been keeping a food diary for 30 years and have tried all the diets, avoiding at various times, gluten, sulfites, additives, MSG and wine (Those last two gave me tinnitus which was cured when I went on a short term glutamate avoidance diet), dairy, cow's milk (Goat milk is great for me now), tomatoes, nightshade family (due to arthritis flare-ups). I've never been able to rely on a steady state of even energy - always something would throw things off and I'd get depression, anxiety, racing heart, thyroid inflammation, atrial fibrilation, ashtma attacks. Finally, after suddenly developing fluctuating but severe arthritic like pains, and after struggling with the on and off pain for 6 months I have figured out that I have a histamine intolerance. This must be something acquired because all the high histamine foods that I now avoid, I used to eat easily. So, probably with stress, my biome has changed so that histamine no longer is broken down and cleared. I did have a near-death anaphylactic reaction after eating Scrombia fish at a resort. If my husband had not had prednisone with him, I probably would have perished. My body turned purple. I take DAO pills and hope someday to go back to being able to eat pickles and yogurt and kefir, and canned fish. The recent arthritis symptoms, the pain, led me to the analysis that food was the culprit because some days I could get out of bed with ease, other days I could not step on my foot, nor move my hips to get down the stairs. I'm still fine-tuning what works for me and what doesn't. So, glad I can eat potatoes. Keeping my blood sugar stable, by avoid all sugar is necessary but a small price to pay for being able to move. Thank you for this speaker. I am adding my bit because only 1-10 percent of people have this histamine intolerance and since the symptoms are so diverse, people are unaware as to what is happening to them. All related to food.

Question! So if your microbiome changes ecosystems every 3-6 months does that mean you have to test every time it switches. How do you know what food to eat. Is there a certain foundation of foods for your body. Avocado can be good for you now but in 3 months it won’t. Thank you!! Absolutely phenomenal interview 🙏🏽
