I met Tommy two years in a row as a crew guy on a drag racing team. Pomona California. He was walking around with a friend smoking cigs with his backpack on and he came straight up to our pit area and asked if he could hide out and smoke his cig and just not be the center of attention for a few. Thought that was pretty wholesome. We hung for about 15 minutes...saw him the next year and did it again

I was on the floor waiting for the crowd to get out after the concert and Tommy Lee came out and was just shaking hands and saying hello to people.
