I had to grunt it out to make it to the end. Haha. Whew! I decided to slow down and really work on form for this one, and it felt great! Definitely an area that I need to continue to strengthen. Thanks, Tom! This workout series is the best!

Following from Marbella, Spain. Boxing day legs... Very wobbly now but a great workout. As all I avoid legs but I am glad I did it.

Loved the workout, but my knees hate reverse lunges. Today I did step-ups instead, feels better. Just wondering if they work the same/similar muscles, or should I swap for something else. Thanks!

Yes I often swap people out from lunges to step ups when I do classes/one to ones. Same muscles, glute/upper hamstring focused 👌🏼💪🏼 Single leg Romanian deadlifts are another alternative of no step available
