Kneeling overhead tricep extension was the one which I hadn't tried... Favorite was the same

@@zaynrahman600 ye that’s a good one for maintaining overhead mobility also lengthening out long head of Tricep 👌

Turkish sit up. Haven't done those for a long time. Deadlifts still make me feel leg strong.

Enjoyed the dumbbell flexion out to the side, not done them before. I can feel my elbows probably aren't in the right position for all of them so it's great seeing you demo the exercises from different angles to help get them back in check.

A few tough exercises with my 8.5kg. The alternate skull crushers in particular! Enjoyed the new exercises too. Cheers Tom

Ye that would be tough, I did demo video with 7.5kg & could still feel it burn.

Drag curls was new for and so was the inverted grip one where your palms face down. Felt that work a different part of my bicep. I combined this with day 3s core workout to give me a 20 mins workout 👍

Thanks, will add that to the description. No sure many people know their 1 rep Max bicep curl but probs use 50-60% of your 10rep max curl (e.g usual training weight for a set of curls).

@@TomPetoTraining I just tried it finally and I had a great time ! A real quick fix for when you dont feel like doing a full workout but still want to get something done ! I did one more round as I went too light :D Thanks man keep it up !
