Common calendars often require setting a 6 day work week or a 4 day work week with varying hours. In this video I go through the process of setting this up along with some of the possible pitfalls in how MS Project may behave when changing the calendar after task duration and inputs have already been made.

Tom Stephenson is a national award-winning professor (George Brown College, University of Toronto) and best-selling author whose background in education spans nearly three decades. His diverse teaching disciplines include construction project management, business management, human resource management, architecture, carpentry, and brick and stone masonry.
