I know I have done this workout before and today I am blown away with how much my balance has improved. When you started with squats I was tempted to grab my 15's or 20's like usual, but I figured if you were going with 8's I should probably follow suit. Glad I did- my legs, glutes, and hips are on fire! I like mixing up the "toning" workouts with the more traditional strength workouts. I can definitely see the benefit of both. I tried jumping during the last of the jump lunges and did it! As I age, it becomes less often that I get both my feet off the ground at the same time. Gooood stuff! So, overall, this was tough! I’m glad I joined in on the fun! Thanks, PJ!❤

PJ, in my first life I was a Catholic nun and we did lunges every time we walked into the church. We called them genuflections and the knee touched the floor each time. I’m not sure when they got called lunges😊. I understand now why those 80 year olds did “modified lunges.” Great exercises yesterday and today. I did both because I was traveling back home yesterday. They fit well together.❤

One word to my glutes.....OUCH 😅 That was a serious burn to the glutes but the latex band 😠 was doing my head in 😅 kept rolling so on the last round got rid grabbed my cloth band and boom burn was back 😅 Right off to find my glutes and my tighs 😅 Cheers legend as always you never fail to bring the burn Steph 🇮🇪
