When choosing your weight(s) pick something you can feel and challenges you, but also enables you to maintain good form. Happy training and absolutely crush it 🔥😘

I only have 8lb weights 😢. I need heavier weights, but when I do I’m so trying this workout!

All of our workouts are designed so that you can use any weight. So if your 8lbs are starting to feel too easy you can either try to get more reps in or slow the reps down and add pauses this will keep you under contraction longer xx
