A good one, PJ! I’m one of those “in her 70s women” working to stay active. I’m on my way to being 80. I told some of my women friends about you, PJ. One of them who’s not yet 70 tried a class and the next time I saw her she said, “I can’t believe you can do that.”

Exceptional workout!!!! I am 71 and have been working out for three decades. Before you I couldn't do have of all the things we do with you. Everything you say is so true and educational. I can't thank you enough for everything!!!! I had to use 15's because I have only one 20ld. I always challenge myself and use what your using in each workout. God bless you times a million

This was intense!! I pushed myself with the weights - but had to drop from 15# to 12# for the single arm moves on the second set, and from 20# to 15# for that last set of chest presses. I definitely felt the burn! And how nice of Bella to give us that little break 😂

I loved this workout! I brought my “A” game and fresh muscles, and I rocked it! The planets were aligned! I used 15# dumbbells, except for 5# for single arm press and push press. I opted for the piston row. Chest press (15#) and power push ups used up the gas in my tank and the timing was perfect. Ka-boom! 💥 But this isn’t all about me. You programmed another winner, and I reaped the rewards. Thanks, PJ❤

Thanks for this gem!!! I have some issues with my right shoulder, so I had to drop down the weight for that. I have been much more active in my forties, fifties, sixties, and seventies than I was when I was "young". I'm so glad that I found you in my seventies!!

Wow was that ever intense! Loved it! Little Mushi kitten didn't make it past the warm up before he crashed out on the couch, but he was bouncing off the walls (literally!) like a pinball for an hour before I started working out ;) Thanks for a killer workout PJ (and my triceps are still sore from the other day!)

Holy Cow! Excellent workout!!!! Challenging, heart rate up, sweaty and always a joy with you. I had to use 15 lb dumbbells because I only have one 20. Doing the chest press and power push ups at the end was very challenging. YOUR THE BEST PJ. THANK YOU

I missed this workout last month so wow, I really liked it. My shoulder strength is improving and I thank you for that PJ. Was able to use 12 lbs as opposed to 6 lbs for the press ups. I have been nursing my right shoulder and slowly upping the weight. 💪🏻

Yes, reps are great however from an instructor's standpoint it's very hard to coach, cue and keep count at the same time. That's why most trainer's use timers.

I absolutely had the correct weights. My arms were pretty toasty after the single arm work, then to add 20 lbs chess press... Let's just say I was pushing hard on the final few. Brought the 🔥 today!
