This was intense!! I pushed myself with the weights - but had to drop from 15# to 12# for the single arm moves on the second set, and from 20# to 15# for that last set of chest presses. I definitely felt the burn! And how nice of Bella to give us that little break 😂

I loved this workout! I brought my “A” game and fresh muscles, and I rocked it! The planets were aligned! I used 15# dumbbells, except for 5# for single arm press and push press. I opted for the piston row. Chest press (15#) and power push ups used up the gas in my tank and the timing was perfect. Ka-boom! 💥 But this isn’t all about me. You programmed another winner, and I reaped the rewards. Thanks, PJ❤

I missed this workout last month so wow, I really liked it. My shoulder strength is improving and I thank you for that PJ. Was able to use 12 lbs as opposed to 6 lbs for the press ups. I have been nursing my right shoulder and slowly upping the weight. 💪🏻

Yes, reps are great however from an instructor's standpoint it's very hard to coach, cue and keep count at the same time. That's why most trainer's use timers.
