In this quick arm workout, you’ll be feeling strong and toned in no time. We use a theraband to sculpt and shape our upper body through a fun and targeted arm workout. These moves strengthen the entirety of the arm, while also stretching and expanding the chest. With modern living comes excessive hunching of our backs. These exercises help expand and lift the chest to counteract the negative side effects of today’s world.
If you don’t have a theraband at home, that’s okay! You don’t need anything to do these exercises. However, a theraband or light weights (2lbs or under) add an additional challenge to this power arm series.
