When doing stuff like push ups or planks, hold weights (like place your hands on dumbbells while you do them) and squeeze them tight! it helps stregnthen your wrists. Also practice makes perfect, the more you do it the easier it gets!! My wrists are super tiny, but it doesn't hurt at all because i've been doing these types of workouts for a year

I love how the routine's are simple and easy to do but really work. You don't feel the impact right away but like 12-16 hours later you're starting to feel sore. I'm going to try and do this tomorrow w/ my cell phone at the park. I was already finished with my workout for the day. I've been going to the park and jogging/walking alternatively for 30 minutes and getting a HIIT workout in that equals 30 minutes. So 5 min walk 5 min jog 5 min walk 1 round of HIIT about 5 min then all over again.

hey hun! Exercises such as squats (with 10 lb bumb bells), deadlifts, lunges, etc will target those areas but you also need to make sure you're doing lots of cardio aswell. Try doing a HIIT (high intensity interval training) working twice a week with your other workout routines to trick your body and blast those areas that you might have problems getting results on. Also a clean healthy diet full of fruits, veggies, lean proteins and healthy carbs will help with lots of water as well! xo

This was a very unique workout! I loved how twists were incorporated into each exercise. I felt it a lot near my hip flexors and inner thighs too! Great job, ladies!!

This was a really tough workout. I hit muscles I never knew I had and I couldnt even lift myself up. Hopefully I get stronger the more I do these. Great job ladies!

I struggled with this too, and I've found that with a lot of these sorts of moves you can put your forearm down rather than just your hand, and it doesn't alter the move too much :) might be worth a try!

I'm really looking forward to doing this workout! I have a question for you, though... Do you ever feel self-conscious about the size and muscularity of your legs? I often feel as if all this exercise is leading me to have large, overly-muscular legs. Would love to hear what you have to say about this... Thank you!

Hi! I am trying to follow your weekly schedule for Bikini Series, but there is no day for regenerating muscles. Shouldn't we let our body to rest, calm down, rebuild muscles? Is it safe to do so intense exercises seven days a week? (Although I love this plan, I'm just a bit worried about my muscles). Thank You for inspiration! Love, Anne:)

I haven't finished watching it yet (i always watch them before I do them to see if there's anything I can't do or if I need weights or something), but sometimes you can modify the exercise by leaning on your arm instead.

I don't think so :) unless you're doing them with weights / already have quite a bit of fat on the legs - you're really toning and building endurance in the muscle rather than big, powerful legs !

What are your top tips to concur celulite? I am 22 and a size 8 and yet I have it really really bad on the back of my legs from knee to butt so I don't wear shorts or skirts PLEASE help!!

You're basically doing a leg press, but with your own body weight. TO get muscles that are bulky like that you would need to start using weights. Cassey Ho uses 35lb barbell weight across her shoulders and her legs are gorgeous. Also, it takes a tone of working out and crap load of protein to build a muscle like that. If your that worried, then do some yoga after exercising. That keeps muscles long and lean and helps improve balance and flexibility.

i just cannot do the side planks i feel like my hands are too short and i definitely dont have that big of an angle with my hips up and i feel my legs are all wrong. how to do these side planks correctly!?

I've been following your plan for about a month. I follow the blog to the t. I started this because I have about 10 lbs I want to lose, mostly around my waist. I see absolutely no progress. In fact, I look bigger and bulkier. I did not lose the weight around my waist, my muscles only got bigger, which made me look bigger. Honestly, I wish I never started. I look worse now than I did before. Do you do refunds?

No, as long as they don't exceed on minute. Even better, if you preform active rest (working other muscles) in between sets.

Whenever I do this type of workout where I put weight on my wrists, I feel pain in my wrists. Am I doing something wrong? It makes it hard for me to get through this type of workout.

If you feel pain in your wrists you probably need to do and easier workout until your arms and wrists can handle your body weight

Women don't get bulky unless they use some type of supplement. Don't be afraid to use weights and tone your body!

you wont get bulky it takes alot for women to build muscle actually because we dont have alot of testosterone you'll just get nice toned legs :)

Too pricey for me. I'm just sticking with my vegetarian cookbooks. One is really cool called The Healthy College Cookbook. Everything is healthy, cheap, and fast to make. I used that thing religiously over 300 recipes for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters alike. It was like 10 bucks at Barnes and Nobles. Maybe if you ladies could give us a free recipe every other day or twice a week. I'm pretty broke. Thanks for the hard work your girls do!

I don't think so. Ever see a figure skaters legs? I've been doing figure skating for 7 years and my thigh muscles are super strong but they're not huge. Although, I wouldn't know since I'm overweight...but I see other skaters who are at a higher level and doing doubles (singles for me), and their legs are beautiful.
