I am trying to get in shape again and this was a killer workout for me. Could not do it all and def did not do them fully but I did all that my body could do and made my fat weep for realz! My goal is in the next 2 weeks be able to do the last 4 mins. lol Then get better on each move. This is one vid i will be doing at once or more each week! Thanks K&K!

Great workout! I love it. I love channels like yours, where you don't advocate jogging like crazy. Too many people think that jogging is the best weight loss exercises but it isn't. It's interval training and interval cardio.

Check in: I've been doing this excercise for about 2 months now ( i do it once every other day). Although my diet isn't the healthiest (i still eat fast food/ fried chicken about twice a week and I don't really care about my fat/sugar intake), i can still feel my body improving and more toned. I do believe if you coporate doing this excercise and having a healthier diet than mine, you will definitely see clear result. Keep it up 👍🏻

Ok So I am male who does 25K marathon's and was looking for something different to use in my routines...found this video I'm like cool 15 min warm-up...LMAO it's a hard 15 mins I dont have balance so that was hard... definitely a good use of time as it was challenging this is definitely added to each Saturday workout and probably couple other times in the week...

Started a little late on the challenge but loved this workout! Since I am only on day 2 I am curious - do the workouts get progressively longer? I don't mind starting out easy getting back into but would love to workout at least 30 minutes a day. Do you have any suggestions of videos to pair with the ones in the challenge? I would do two reps of this video but want to diversify what muscles I am working!

My goal is fat loss and then toning/strength, and I've been working out for about 1.5 years + eating very healthy the past 6 months. My belly fat will not go away! I see improvement everywhere else except my belly area. I pair weighted circuit training and specific body part toning with at least 20 mins of intense cardio/HIIT/kickboxing daily, any advice on how I can see more results with my abs? xx love TIU!
