@I am weird and I am proud ! bro ı am not saying anything to you.Everybody hits gym for themselves but,most of them can not achieve their dream body(you got it).For example me,ı am doing fitness at home and usually it is not fun for me but ı know that ıf ı dont do it,ı will be more upset in the future.And ıf you look at the best fitness models or bodybuilders in the world,they dont smile when they are doing it.And remember Arnold Schwarzenegger's Quote: If you dont set goal,you are just like a leaf in the storm,you can go somewhere but usually not the place you want to be.

MODIFICATION: for anyone wanting to make this apartment friendly, you could switch out the mountain climbers and spider jumps for a plank. Not as fun, but worked for me :D

I'll update everyday bc I want my QUARENTINE DAYS TO WORK FOR SOMETHING 1st day✅: Was pretty hard for me because I never exercise in my daily life, I sometimes walk to home from subway this is the only thing I do :D so I stopped the video to rest for like 10 times but im hopeful for the next days! 2nd day❌: I'll be honest, skipped that day. 3rd day✅: Definitely it was easier than the first day. I only had to stop like 5 times 4th day✅: sorry guys I was sick for the last couple of days so I could not do this but I'm gonna continue and do this everyday! I stopped counting the days so im gonna write 4th day but actually I stopped for a couple of days so its not actually 4th day:D whatever, today was reaalllly hard I literally cried because of pain it was even harder than the first day but im not stopping yet. Also I decided to do 15 min ab workout video from MadFit in addition to this so that I can have abs until summer

Is this the only video your looking at? It’s great for a warm up but if you want actual results you’ll need to do a 10 to 20 minute video everyday consistently for a month a half at least. It’s not an easy journey!

I’m a dancer and they do not bend their feet we point them it takes practice I started dance when I was 2 and naturally picked it up but I’ve seen other people struggle
