A nice Dessert: Slice plump chilled Strawberries. Put back in the fridge to chill. In a sauce pan, add a heaping tablespoon of butter. To that, add a heaping tablespoon of rich, dark brown sugar and two ounce of Kahlua. let the emulation of butter sugar and Kahlua caramelize. Place your thick slices of strawberries on your plate, pour over the caramelized sauce. Next, dab on a tablespoon of (Sour) Cream, not whipped cream. Then drizzle with chocolate sauce. To end it off, crackle over black pepper over everything, the sweet, sour and pepper is a taste explosion in your mouth.

I don't know about what others think, but watching her cooking is different than watching others cooking. Its not like I am going to cook anything. But it's not like I feel like I am bad cook in my home kitchen. If anyone have tried cooking, it's impossible to be super clean unless you are super neat. Lemon juice do get in your hand, unless you are super neat and tidy and affording a mess free lemon juice device. And, it's not like world is ending if little cream or little sauce is left in, one always like to lick it from pot. Not Everytime you wash your hands, kitchen towels are there for some reasons. I mean, if you have tried cooking for many (even 4) all meals, in less time in kitchen, with many varieties to cook, you all will know it's tough. Plus she is filming, what you all want. One cameraman to just show her washing hands? Grow up people. All those saying about hygeine, have a chair in there home fill with dirty clothes or eating foods from outside, or having dirty dishes. Unless you are super neat mad mad person, which not all can be. Like I am very neat freak but my mom is not, in kitchen. But I am still less neat freak than some other person in world. So no one is like you. Not all world revolves on just few ideas of cleaning. Take care of yourself, and let others do whatever they want for there family. You are not eating her food. If you like follow her recipe, and leave. Do modification according to your taste.

It seems unlikely to me that that chicken and pasta dish is from Venice. Italians (for some odd reason-they’ve explained why but never very well, to be honest) never mix pasta and chicken. Also, Venetian food is almost always seafood-based. If there’s a Venetian out there that can confirm or rebut this, I’d welcome their input.

Sameena, it's rare but it's safe, if that's what you're worried about. Any bacteria are on the outside, so a good sear on all surfaces will kill all the bacteria. Minced beef needs to be cooked thoroughly, because mincing distributes the bacteria throughout the beef, but a single piece of beef is fine.
@nadiadelphi68504 жыл бұрын
Ever tried a rare steak? Red meat is more delicious when it’s barely cooked..... but if we are going to get technical, the meat in this video was medium/medium rare. Anyone who cooks their steak well done is a fool and should be banned from the kitchen. The only time a steak being cooked well done is acceptable is when it’s for kids...
