In this episode Tony is in conversation with his good friend James Lancaster, managing director of Alderney Electricity. They reminisce about their nine years of interviews and James goes on to tell us about stepping down from AEL. We take a look at the transformation of AEL from a rather unreliable utility to a twenty first century entity with state of the art technology. James tells us about his future roll as a mentor for the new GM who should be appointed in the early part of the new year.
