that was a publicity stunt for the movie, they did another one where Clifton crashes an interview for the movie and shouts at jim carrey, as for when andy k was alive he some times had his friend bob zmuda and once or twice by his brother play the character for him, as for the face its prosthetics, make up and shit, and as for him not sounding like andy in this vid... that's cos he's dead, its probably zmuda. ps not having a go at u or owt, ps ps are u trollin me?

They actually do acknowledge the cameraman, which was actually Andy Kaufman's girlfriend Lynne Margulies. There's one point where she's asked by security and says "I'm with him." I think the two eventually did make it into the premiere, but under their true identity.
