Tony (Michael Weatherly) is starting to get to know his daughter, Tali, by having a tea party with her and her new grandfather (Robert Wagner). Under the impression that Tali is unaware that she ever had a father, Tony is shocked when she refers to him as 'a'ba', Hebrew for Dad. Ziva must've told Tali, which Tony never expected. Tea time is interrupted by a phone call that changes everything.

What happened with Ziva?

Ziva was killed in an attack by a rogue former CIA agent turned Traitor to the US in a mortar fire due to NCIS and Ziva finding events that could basically put him in the chair for the needle among many other things. A few of the Mussad agents who know Gibbs from previous episodes got in touch because Tali was revealed to be Tony's daughter and she was brought to america so he could raise her.
