TONY KLARICH - A Waterskier's Life: FlowPointTV S2 E7

In the 60’s, Water skiing was taking off….Elvis was crushing it in Acapulco and the sky was the limit: Tony K was there…just getting his feet wet and learning how to ski.
In the 70’s, innovation was budding, and things like the Kneeboard were invented: Tony K was there…becoming multiple time National Champion in the emerging sport.
In the 80’s the Michelob and Coors Water Ski Tours took off and water skiing was one of the biggest sports on television: Tony K was there….hot dogging, hang gliding and freestylin’ his way onto Magazine covers and TV Commercials.
In the 90’s innovation led the way once again, with the Air Chair and Sky Ski hydrofoils becoming the new kid on the block: Tony K was there….flipping his way to victories on the hottest ride on water.
He is the Forrest Gump of towed Water Sports.
He’s a one-of-a-kind character and a heck of a nice guy.
And he’s still got more talent, dedication and passion than most kids half his age.
On August 22nd, 2015, he embarks on yet another mission: ride 50 different things for his 50th birthday at Long Beach Marine Stadium, California.

Holy hotness At 61 I have not had an opportunity to ski since my 20s and previously at age 9. I fell in love!!! I could never afford it as a hobby. $$$$$$ man i want this in my life!

I am 32 and Love the skiing on Monoski. But still driving at an cable in Germany with only 18 miles ☹ Sometimes they increase the tempo just for me....... that's the point where iam feeling totally free. Last year started with some Stereo Wakeski. With new tricks iam a lot a scaredy-cat🤣 But after this video and ....... the very emotional part at 8:55........... great inspiration for me. Thanks a lot for that 👌 Tomorrow is my first ride for this year at my homecable......... woop woop keep on rocking 😁

You are the bomb!!! I had thought I had learned to do all your tricks,the ice chest, a board, a paddle, power glide, tic tic, air chair, barefooting and represented Cali. Wakeboard outlaw(open) twice in my late 30's. Retired shortly after. Couldn't stand. Not being able to progress. After seeing this I revived the boat with new vevet drive cause I gotta do the disc ladder thing. What I want to know is the ladder screwed to the disc. Oh yeah has the air chair changed some cause grandma looks way more upright than on older versions. If so how can it be altered. I love the concept but hate the body position. Especially after lunch lol
