I’ve had the pleasure of having Tony on The School of Greatness before, and each time I’m blown away by his expertise, his mindset, and his incredible character. This time was no different - we talked about how to build wealth, how to leave toxic relationships, and how to free yourself from the chains of your past. It was an amazing interview, and I’m thrilled to share it with you today. Join me on Episode 1,107 to learn how to own your future in business, life, and love with the one and only Tony Robbins!

My biggest take away: the energy the you generate and give is the energy that you will receive. Start by forgiving - forgiving yourself and forgiving those who have hurt you. That will set you on the path to generating positive, radiant energy. It’s not that simple. Maintaining it is hard, but the more you do it, the better you will get at it. ❤️

I could never articulate my disconnection with the idea of 'self-love', e.g. -being alive/doing nothing is enough (cause doesn't that make us entitled and narcissistic and contribute nothing to the world? lol) -'you gotta love yourself first before someone else can love you'. Isn't the whole point of the love of a parent - where they just love and appreciate you before you do so you learn how to love yourself? I love Tony's ideas of self love: -all love is self-love -appreciating yourself -loving others unconditionally -contributing to others I find that I 'love' myself the most when I'm growing, I'm kind to/contribute to others and I appreciate who I am as a person - not when i give myself a bubble bath or shop or treat myself.

I love Tony. He’s been a huge inspiration and had a massive positive impact on my life. With that being said, past traumas (especially early childhood traumas) require not just a reframe, but also trauma release because the traumas are stored deep in your subconscious and nervous system. You can let the trauma go once you’ve processed and released it. This is the best trauma release method I’ve found after 9 years of doing the work: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZevoYSdrt2mhdU

I also wanna thank you for teaching us to be greater as in aiming to give than receive, getting out of victim mentality, thank you for speaking up against the postmodernist language abuse bullshit, woke bullshit. We humans become stronger and grow up when we take responsibility for our lives, when we contribute than receive. I love you man.

The four stages in Hindu religion are: 36:00 1. Dharma: It is the right way of conduct in a society which should be in harmony with the universe and all the beings existing here. It's absolutely necessary for it to be the first step because people can turn corrupt if they directly go to the second stage (which is happening in this world.) 2. Artha: This stage is for earning money to care of your survival needs and fulfilling your desires. 3. Kama: It means desire. Every kind of sensual pleasure comes in it. Its should ideally come before the fourth stage because your mind should be peaceful and absolutely focused before you enter the 4th stage. 4. Moksha; It means liberation. At this stage you understand yourself at your deepest level.

Great Content. Its been a while we had for years now. From Tony Robbins. I just want to say Thank You to Tony Robbins for turning my life around 5 years ago from picking up his book Awaken The Giant Within inside a library on the lowest time of my life, the very first book I read and finished. With a total of almost 80 books plus I read since then. Just like his first mentor Jim Rohn said. Skip a meal a day but don't ever skip reading a book at least 30minutes a day because success leaves clues. -THANK YOU...

Everyday I wake up and fall asleep listening 2 all types of meditation and life changing affirmations etc but yet I feel as if im at a stand still and especially financially. All I want 2 do is be the best that I can be.take care of my kids and be free from this life of poverty and going back and forth 2 jail. I maybe focus too much on what I dont want in my life so I attract it. But just as much as I think of what i dont want I think of all that i do want. But never having a lot makes it hard for me 2 create that feeling of having something ive never had. So that nice house. That dream car. That freedom. That happiness ive never felt so how do I create it. I dont want 2 say I need anything but I want help. I am tired and I hope that by me doing what I am that somebody somewhere will reach out 2 me and be able 2 help me to achieve or manifest all that I desire. Thank you in advance

Sam, imagination is KEY. You have to feel the feelings as if what you want in life is already in your possession. I know you mentioned that it's hard to immerse yourself in those feelings since you have never experienced abundance like that, but I promise you that the more you sit and truly, deeply immerse yourself in feelings of "already having", to where you feel tingles in your body, and where you catch yourself smiling ear to ear from feeling like you already have the things you want-I promise you that they will come. And don't put anything on a timeline or focus on your impatience. Just feel, have faith, and know that they are coming your way. It is your right to be abundant in finances, in love, in health, in blessings. Practice stopping yourself mid-thought when feeling negative, and instead replace it with a positive. Or if you've already finished the negative thought, then be mindful and aware in the moment and counter it with 2 positive thoughts. You can do this my friend. Blessings are simply waiting for you to be ready to receive them. Sending you energy filled with health, love, and happiness!

I first started listening to Tony Robbins when I was 17 daily- with his 30 day CDs- every single day for one hour- commuting, getting ready- whenever! and the Personal power CDs- he was the first person that changed my life. Taught me things my parents couldn’t and dramatically changed the course of my life. Im turning 37 in May and he still has the same effect on me and my mind despite many many other speakers and teachers that came after him. Im very grateful to have come across him before the market got so saturated before social media came along.

I'm in the process of a divorce. I accepted the fact that she wanted a new life and when things didn't go her way she tried to flip the script that it was my fault and she tried to turn my kids against me. I worked hard to get my first home and I took care of my family and because I was the provider she may be entitled to Alimony. it was really hard to forgive her for her actions especially how she's been manipulating the kids, but I've been focused on what I can do for myself and my kids, but the truth shall be revealed in the end and this will all be behind me.

Isn't he great? What I love about Tony Robbins is that he does not sugar coat the issue. He hits it head on, regardless of what it is. Because there is no point in wasting time. You either want to get better and do better or you are not ready. But why are you not ready...what are the excuses and why are there excuses? I have not been lucky enough to meet him personally, but I am grateful that technology has provided me with many opportunities to experience his energy. Thank you for this interview, Lewis.

Tony genuinely sounds old and bitter. He has a lot of complaints about "today's generation" , and he likes to yell about people who are struggling. He's made a lot of money praying on vulnerable people. Practical gurus like Mel Robbins are better--give people actionable steps rather than yelling someone into feeling bad about how they feel bad so that they shut up.

How to be unsuccessful, listen then turn around and do nothing! Remember schools do not teach people to think they teach you to memorize. A man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still. Seven keys to unsuccessfulness 1. sit 2. play mindless games 3. do not learn to think 4. except it when the teacher says sit down and do the best you can when you say I do not understand this. 5. Blame others 6. Stand up for nothing 7. Wish everyday you had what others have
