They detoxicant for kidneys, liver ect.. very health. Some can be very bitter, I blanch them, saute in garlic and anchovy paste, and finish with red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar.. just way grandma always did.

Why would anyone buy dandelions you can get them for free they grow wild pretty much everywhere

I wouldn't pick any dandelions growing in nyc or most metropolitan areas. Likely to be sprayed with pesticides
