Tony, I wonder why you haven't made a separate video about sexual behavior yet. It is a very popular topic nowadays when a lot of people struggle with oversexualizanion, pron addiction etc. I personally find a big difference in my wellbeing after 2 week of sexual abstainment - become more confident, more agressive (in a good way). Usually that kind of let's say "nofap" videos get a lot of views, so I think you can consider making one by yourself, it will be interesting to know your detailed opinion on this topic. Anyway, thank you very much for your advices and inspiration! With ❤ from Russia.

The late 1979 world lightweight title challenger and USA Boxing Champion John Lira told me in 1983 - that pre fight sex only takes as much out of you physically as doing 50 push ups. He then said that the real concern is keeping your mental and emotional faculties stable - for the same reason why you wouldn't want an emotionally distraught heart or brain surgeon operating on you - someone can get killed! A fighter in the ring whose mind wanders for even 2 seconds about the sex he had last night - at world class level - can get knocked out or killed by not being focused ! " I agree. Same is true of 2 seconds taking your eyes off the road when driving.

Would you be able to give a video on how to nullify a good jab that isn't telegraphed? I just came out of a sparring against a guy that's not even an open fighter, but I found parrying his jab hard to do since it wasn't nearly as telegraphed as others.
@el_killorcure11 ай бұрын
Practice dodging when jabbing the end to end bag coming back. DAY AND NIGHT. It's the only way to set the dodging reflex so that it kicks in the second you see the jab coming your way.

Scientifically, blueballing, or building up to, but not completing sex CAN boost testosterone noticably. Your body produces so many chemicals that make up testosterone then reabsorbs them forming more testosterone. You need to stop well before the point of release though but after buildup. Easier said than done and I don't know anyone who would admit to that kind of training. Whether or not that impacts performance I have no idea. It's neither having sex or abstaining from intamacy. I wouldn't want to do it shortly before a fight though. It might be weird if you have a chub showing.

People focus on testosterone but that not the problem, it’s the other chemicals that are produced after sex like prolactin that can cause severe lack of motivation and depression, in some people is very severe, and that state of mind is not the best for fighting, abstinence definitely helps to keep that mental edge, but it depends on your physiology and how much an orgasm effects your personal brain chemistry.

Testosterone is everything, it controls a lot more than just muscles and the body. It affects EVERYTHING how sharp you are mentally, you're wittiness, clarity, calmness, creativity, adaptability, pain tolerance, risk taking ability, reaction time, memory, muscle fullness/hydration, etc... It also affects you physically in the short term, if I injected you with short acting testosterone right now, 30 minutes later you would be able to lift more weights, be more explosive, and punch harder with your same muscles Testosterone is everything! It also affects how your face looks too
