my nutritionist says sex boosts testosterone. but even then, i dont think it takes a scientist to know that sex boosts testosterone. the king lion mates with the females, im pretty sure he doesn’t think that if he has sex with the female lions, that he wont be successful in a fight lol.

I am 2 weeks out from my first boxing match. I have used nearly all you tips and tricks in my sparring sessions. Its nice to hear a professional boxer understanding where amateurs/ boxers in general being super fit in workouts but when it comes to sparring the fatigue sets in faster than you would expect. I never understood why I would burn out so fast. THANK YOU Mr. Jeffries

Tony, I wonder why you haven't made a separate video about sexual behavior yet. It is a very popular topic nowadays when a lot of people struggle with oversexualizanion, pron addiction etc. I personally find a big difference in my wellbeing after 2 week of sexual abstainment - become more confident, more agressive (in a good way). Usually that kind of let's say "nofap" videos get a lot of views, so I think you can consider making one by yourself, it will be interesting to know your detailed opinion on this topic. Anyway, thank you very much for your advices and inspiration! With ❤ from Russia.

One of my life goals is to be like you. Not you specifically but seeing a guy who tried his best and made it most of the way and kept going is an inspiration. I train most everyday especially in harsh weather, sometimes to my detriment but you live and you learn. You clearly rake in the sponsorships and gym revenue. It seems like a decent life. Do you have the endless ringing? Mine is recently 90% recovered from childhood and I don't particularly want it to return. I work day and night on my parrying and reflex training so it doesn't.

The late 1979 world lightweight title challenger and USA Boxing Champion John Lira told me in 1983 - that pre fight sex only takes as much out of you physically as doing 50 push ups. He then said that the real concern is keeping your mental and emotional faculties stable - for the same reason why you wouldn't want an emotionally distraught heart or brain surgeon operating on you - someone can get killed! A fighter in the ring whose mind wanders for even 2 seconds about the sex he had last night - at world class level - can get knocked out or killed by not being focused ! " I agree. Same is true of 2 seconds taking your eyes off the road when driving.

I’m not sure, anyway I’ll continue watching because in the end I do get some helpful hints 🙂

Watch the video "Is AG1 a scam" by James Smith. He explains the business behind it perfectly and how much commission the KZbinrs get. That's why they tell you always "I take it myself, it's sooo great". It's sad they all sell out, but most of us would.

Scientifically, blueballing, or building up to, but not completing sex CAN boost testosterone noticably. Your body produces so many chemicals that make up testosterone then reabsorbs them forming more testosterone. You need to stop well before the point of release though but after buildup. Easier said than done and I don't know anyone who would admit to that kind of training. Whether or not that impacts performance I have no idea. It's neither having sex or abstaining from intamacy. I wouldn't want to do it shortly before a fight though. It might be weird if you have a chub showing.

People focus on testosterone but that not the problem, it’s the other chemicals that are produced after sex like prolactin that can cause severe lack of motivation and depression, in some people is very severe, and that state of mind is not the best for fighting, abstinence definitely helps to keep that mental edge, but it depends on your physiology and how much an orgasm effects your personal brain chemistry.

Testosterone is everything, it controls a lot more than just muscles and the body. It affects EVERYTHING how sharp you are mentally, you're wittiness, clarity, calmness, creativity, adaptability, pain tolerance, risk taking ability, reaction time, memory, muscle fullness/hydration, etc... It also affects you physically in the short term, if I injected you with short acting testosterone right now, 30 minutes later you would be able to lift more weights, be more explosive, and punch harder with your same muscles Testosterone is everything! It also affects how your face looks too

@Wolfbligh sugar is literally what your body uses for energy. Any carb you ear, spaghetti, bread, fruits, pizza, cereal, or oatmeal is sugar. To say "sugar is never good" is saying 70% of the food I eat is bad.

@@Falloutplayer99 As apposed to unnatural? Table sugar is just refined cane sugar. It is basically grass powder.

@@9usuck0it's all about your body and the glycemic index. Just sugar on it's own will make it spike as quickly as it falls, with fiber that you take from fruits it slows down the absorption. That's why drinking fruit juice without the pulp is bad.

Hello Tony, a bit unrelated to the video but im looking for advice, it seems whenever i try to turn into a punch (hooks or uppercuts) or try to move my head by slipping or leaning, i get this sharp pain in my back and im wondering weather that is to do with poor technique or is it something else, would love to know, thanks

I sleep best when my room is between 37 & 45 degrees. I want to be able to see my breath. Also, no sex before fight = no competing for me then. I like being married. 😊
