The Last comparison the wrong way Looks exactly Like Tyson Fury IS moving 😂😂 Hes Always Standing straight , Not ducking , Not moving hips Into His Punch But He is moving His head Maybe thats because of His reach Advantage But Tyson Fury IS Not realy boxing Like jeffries I saw a Video about and dropped a comment wich i think was Not exactly right Thats because i cant understand why He got respect for Jake Paul If He is incinating all This and doing These scripted Fights In the end of the Video jeffries was talking about His Intension with boxing and Life If This IS true i was wrong with what i thought about him But i dont know him I Just git a different opinion with the respect for Jake Paul To me ITS too much Fake reality stupid acting or personality

Tony are you making this video for me? 😂. Seriously I make all these mistakes. I love smashing the heavy bag. We have one in our gym which is well over 100kg. . I love hitting it, however, I do attempt to hit it too hard and I drop my hands. I love it though it helps me in life. Therapeutic. Great teaching 👍🥊🏴

Don’t drop your hands, don’t telegraph your punches, don’t stick your chin out, head movement (don’t be a stationary target), use your hips for boxing. Advice that’s more or less a dime a dozen. What exactly about this standard advice makes him the best?

Tony you are literally the best coach. I love how you not only just show us what to do but you also demonstrate what not to do. And you explain things very very well. I'm practicing boxing at home and I can already see myself getting better and better by following your tips. ❤

I'm super proud of myself for being able to see the things correctly you were highlighting (except the chin part, I wasn't looking at that properly until you exaggerated it). Between your advice (and other online coaches), sparring, and of course my actual coach who I've worked with extensively in the last year...I've come such a long way, it's crazy. A year ago, I would've had no clue what you were trying to show me or why. Thanks so much for your part in my success, and for offering this advice for free to those of us trying to learn and grow!

Thanks to your videos I learned to put so much power in my punch it just blew me away how much more. Moving your head in front of a heavy bag seems silly in the beginning but at a certain point it feels natural. Not telegraphing my punches is still a struggle but slowly getting there. Thank you for training and teaching us Tony. Your videos are a great help. 👊🏻

Yeh. I took vids of myself doing on bag work and I just stand there like a silly Bob the punching bag. But then again, I grapple so I'm always looking to grab a limb or two and knock the wanker down. In any case, good boxers do this bob and weave and head fake because it gives them good rhythm. I'll start adding it to my bag routines from now on. It's time for me to get better at this.

Mistakes: 1 - Dropping the non punching hand 2 - Pulling the hand back before punching (just go straight forward) 3 - Having your chin in the air 4 - Not moving and dodging after or before punches (like Tyson does) 5 - Not using the hips in order to generate speed and have punches reach further

Most of the champions do a lot of things wrong , but that is because they have modified boxing to their own style. If something works for you , it simply does. There are very little fighters that fight by the book and always hold hands up etc.. Hats off to everyone who made it.

Great tips i dont do none of the above the only mistakes i make at that point is not returning my hands after punching fast enough, getting my feet too close when going left and right or shifting, and last but not least i dont get how much of my arm has to go into the bag - if i extend all the way im barely hitting it barely tapping the bag if im hitting it a little better its bent a bit on the straight punches... Does anyone has a fix for that ?
