Hey Tony, I noticed that a lot of your combos have double lead hooks. Could you do a video about resetting your feet and weight to throw multiple hooks off the same side? I find that this always breaks up my flow but you throw them almost as quick as left-right combos.

Thank you boss Tony, i found these videos so important, i think that the best way to apply these combinations could be in a shadow boxing workout, but when i do it myself i get distracted or i mix them up, and after 5 minutes i am doing something else. i really value your hardowork trying to help us, if you could do the combinations in a long workout to follow along would be amazing. but no matter than you for the videos.

In my opinion the short answer is yes, but just mostly compounds with correct form. However strength cannot be correcly utilised in the ring without the right technique and cardio. In addition to this, too much muscle can be a hindrance depending on your genetics as it can cause you to gas out when chasing down opponents.

For example: .30 sec easy .30 sec high knees fast .30 sec easy .30 sec double unders .30 sec easy .30 sec fast feet .30 sec rest .Complete 5 times for 17 min workout You can also follow a similar method on the bag or in shadow.

I have 12 Oz right now amd even with hand wraps my knuckles and wrist hurt after a few rounds Also do you recommend different size gloves for a heavy bag compared to an aqua bag compared to a cobra bag???
