DR. JORDAN B. PETERSON is a renowned psychologist, globally acclaimed author, podcaster, Professor Emeritus at the University of Toronto, and one the most influential contemporary voices in our world today. For twenty years, Peterson has taught some of the most highly regarded courses at Harvard and Toronto, as well as authored books that have changed international discourse -- including "Maps of Meaning” and the bestsellers "12 Rules for Life” and "Beyond Order”. With a magnetic and brutally honest speaking style, and a fiercely devoted following, Peterson continues to leave his mark on the culture at large.
In April of 2023, Tony & Sage Robbins hosted an intimate gathering at their home for their Platinum Lions members. The event featured an elite roster of speakers who delved into the pressing issues of our time: Foreign relations, how AI will reshape global order, the new economy in a post-pandemic world, the impact of Chat GPT, international politics, and cultural revolutions.
Closing the special event was this extraordinary lecture from Dr. Jordan Peterson. In this provocative presentation, Peterson explores the profound question of why we -- as individuals -- hold the beliefs we do, while teaching us how to intricately weave the concept of storytelling into our narrative. He also embarks on a discovery to uncover order amidst chaos, as well as touches on the importance of overcoming external predators by confronting them head-on.
Courtesy of Tony and Sage Robbins, prepare to be enlightened by the singular Dr. Jordan Peterson. Please enjoy!

It was a real blessing to be alive when Vince Gilligan was still producing his masterpiece, "Breaking Bad", which is the most spectacular collaborative work of art produced in the 21st Century. Jordan B. Peterson is the greatest public speaker who ever lived. The first time I heard him speak to Joe Rogan on JRE 877, I knew right then and there, that I wanted to speak like Jordan Peterson. What a great thrill it was when Jordan compared me to a young Arnold Schwarzenegger... (During the Q&A at one of the Genesis lectures in 2017.) kzbin.info/www/bejne/d2qYgp9rg9WUh9E

Amen! 💙 If we read the parable of the sower in Matthew 13 we read that Jesus said a farmer went out to sow his seed. As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up - Anarchy. Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root - State Ownership. Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants - Corporate Ownership. Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop-a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown - Family Ownership. Whoever has ears, let them hear. Anarchism advocates ‘no ownership’ of property and the means of production. Socialism advocates 'state ownership' of property and the means of production. Capitalism advocates 'corporate ownership' of property and the means of production. Distributism advocates 'family ownership' of property and the means of production. “The family that prays together stays together.” - Father Peyton - The Rosary Priest All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put it at the apostles’ feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need. Acts 4:32-35 The reigning gestalt of social media seems to be to assume that if someone says you have offended them, then the offended person is 100% infallibly justified when taking offence to your words. They often have hair-trigger response. And they consider their 100% infallibility as 100% unquestionable when they judge you. The idea of an open minded discussion is foreign to them because their ‘philosophy’ has told them that admitting they were wrong is weak. Some people don't want to hear this, but words not matching actions may be a form of manipulation.

@dalelerette206
@dalelerette206 7 ай бұрын
@@JohnDoe-ef3nv They were not together 'physically'. But Dr. Jordan Peterson and Tony Robbins were most certainly together for presentation and agree philosophically with each other. 1:09 You understand the difference between Zero Sum and Quid Pro Quo? The essence of entrepreneurship is a free exchange of value - what the Romans called “quid pro quo”- that leaves all parties better off: no one loses. It's a win win. Quid Pro Quo -- The essence of entrepreneurship is a free exchange of value or what the Romans called quid pro quo (literally this for that). An exchange of value with a customer or a partner can leave both of you better off: both winners, neither a loser. You are talking AS IF they should be preaching a 'zero sum game philosophy', like tic-tac-toe or chess, one sides’ gain is the other’s loss. You need to open your mind. If we look at the most basic level, there are aspects of 'social media' that have turned people into cowardly sycophants -- a person who acts obsequiously toward someone important in order to gain advantage -- that are horrified at the idea of being ostracized in any way. Cowardly sycophants are a good example of bizarre "communist tactics" where people go to 'protect the economy' at the expense of human freedom. This type of social lunacy is exactly what Jordan Peterson warned us about. And I 100% agree with Dr. Jordan Peterson and Tony Robbins in their evaluation. Child Trafficking is certainly happening under the hidden veils of social media as people “like” their way to hell, the fastest growing international network of crime the world has ever seen. It has already passed the illegal arms trade. And soon will pass the drug trade because they can sell a bag of cocaine one time -- the child 5 - 10 times a day. God's children are not for sale.

He’s received countless emails and letters thanking him for his positive influence on people’s lives. Not only that, he goes to great lengths to spread the message of the importance of taking responsibility in life. He also has had a successful career as a clinical psychologist and therapist- something which is not easy and takes a considerable amount of empathy and active listening skill. It all sounds very narcissistic don’t you think? Although JP isn’t perfect and I disagree with some of his views.. how anyone can can watch his media content and comment with such a skewed version of reality is absolutely mind boggling. The irony is that you actually come across as a complete narcissist. I hope you can willingly look at yourself in the mirror and stop behaving like a cowardly little cockroach behind a keyboard.

This guy is a complete treasure of wisdom. His courage is incredible. I'm sure you've seen where Canada has forced him into social media training if he wants to keep his license to practice there, in there attempt to silence him, and he has stood up and said no. Like holy shit. Whatever happens is the best thing that could happen, true faith. Brilliant. Tony thank you for joining forces with him so more people get exposed to this kind of inquury about life. We truly NEED this in the west. Yo dig deeper into our thinking minds and find the connection between mind and spirit and morality.and where weve gotten off track and come HOME. 2 years ago I came home to a new understanding of the Truth of Jesus Christ, not only what He did, but that He defies logic and why people keep trying to invent new reasons not to believe the Truth about Him. He is who He said He was.

Sometimes I wish I could be as erudite, as learned, or as strong morally as you, but then I calm myself by realizing that you and I are part of the same grand tapestry. Some of us are threads, others colors. Sir, Peterson, you are the brilliant yellow sun in the tapestry. I am very happy to be a strong and durable thread. Thank you for sharing the light of your faith and wisdom. You help me orient myself in a world that's filled with confusion/trouble.

Even when Jordan Peterson is sitting in a hotel room, behind a laptop computer, he is still the greatest public speaker who ever lived. I have had the unique privilege of attending a whole bunch of his Genesis Lectures in person, and asking him many questions by lining up at the microphone... It's a real shame you didn't rent a super-sonic military fighter-jet to fly him to your audience, so that they could experience what it's like to watch Jordan walk around a proper stage and use his signature hand-gestures and body-language to recapitulate the eternal verities. Jordan Peterson belongs on the highlight-reel of human greatness, right between Alexander Ovechkin and Doctor Johnny von Neumann.
