Dee Dee very good info on the cutoff wheels still have the scar on my leg from when one blew up 35 years ago.

The cutoff wheels are the hardest working tool in my shop. Using cutoff wheels on cutter grinders does take an easy touch.

Thanks for the video, I have a KO Lee 960 grinder with lots of attachments. Motorized 5C work head, sensitive work head, centers etc. I especially like to see you adapting work holding like the collet mounted vise. I would like to see how you actually make the collet vise and other work holding items for your cutter grinder

Great video! I just purchased a Delta Milwaukee Unihead w/4C Collets for my K.O. Lee off eBay. My Grinder came with quite a few wheels/stones, they look really rough. How do you know if they are good to use, other than cracks, chips, and ringing them, etc.?

After ring testing stand aside for a couple of minutes when first running. I have extra wheels also some that the paper blotters fell off, Be sure there is paper between the wheels and hub flanges.
