why do people keep saying this intro is "merkeba". merkaba is on saliva and isn't what they play in the intro here. other videos have a really cool pretty and strange riff of adams. its from a song they wrote for fear innoculum that didn't make the album

really don´t like the megaphone vocal sound in the live version... they always do that and it never sits well in the mix... the rest of their live sound is phenomenal so this always sticks out for me...

sjoerder IPhone XS Max. Some dips in the sound though once the music starts rocking. Phone is automatically reducing the sound.

People are always making angry faces to people holding phones and filming the concert... But let's be honest, in hindsight, they would be grateful. Thank you for recording and uploading!

it ruins the great visual that tool has for their shows. Nothing more annoying than some who thinks has a right to record and ruin the show for you.

I was a little too far from where they were playing cuz I hadn’t found Tool then. Two months ago! But I still found them and it started with watching them live. One of my favourite songs. I hate the megaphone effect on MJK.

ik vond t tegen vallen, eerlijk gezegd.... super strak, goed georganiseerd, gecontroleerd gespeeld.... maar na 15 jaar wachten om ze live te zien miste ik voor mijn gevoel een hoop power in de performance.... eerder dit jaar naar puscifer geweest en had nooit verwacht dit te zeggen, maar dat concert was beter.

Dude? Reeds mijn vijfde Tool-show en dit was HET beste concert dat ik ooit zag. Zo strak als het maar kon, met zoooo veel power. Als dit niet goed genoeg voor je was dan scheelt er toch echt iets. Ze hebben voor de 2de keer in zowat twintig jaar zelfs Part of me gespeeld, en Maynard's schreeuwen daar waren feller en beter dan ik ze ooit mocht horen. Dit is een exclusiviteit die zelfs Amsterdam niet mocht genieten. Zelfs er nog bij gerekend dat ze die dag eerder al een optreden hadden gegeven, zo'n 1600km verder, in Madrid. De logistiek alleen al die daarbij is komen kijken is moeilijk voor te stellen. Je hebt een van de exclusiefste, meest hoogstaande optredens in de Belgische concertgeschiedenis bijgewoond. Ik ben zo ongelooflijk blij dat ik daar was!

@@ronaldp.vincent8226 Definitely does. I remember specifically thinking about how bad the Megaphone sounds on videos one of the last times I saw em that they played this. And ya it actually sounds fuckin badass live. IDK why recordings don't pick it up the way it sounds to ears at the concert, but it just doesn't translate to bootleg recordings.
