Can't wait for that soft block style pulley to come out, I just think it needs a completely safe system to not jump the line out of the wheel and cut the sling. Seems like it would be possible if everything about the scenario was not ideal

Giorgio what is the purpose of the retrieval ball tied behind the ring? You tie the half hitches so the ball is between them, why is that? Just curious! Very cool system. What do you call it? Double Whip Octopus Rigging?

Hi Wyatt There's an elastic where there's the ball. At 4'44" it's to keep close the 3 ropes, while at 7'46" it's to close the eye of the sling where there's the ring. The tie at 7'46" gives me the 40% more of workload on my sling. See the video at 2'20" kzbin.info/www/bejne/n5CXip-er7SLipY
