Concealed Carry with a Tucked-in Shirt
One of the toughest concealed carry challenges is how to carry when you have to tuck your shirt in. If we’re honest, most “CCW solutions” work best with an untucked, and while society’s dress code has become fairly casual, there are still occasions that may call for a tucked in shirt and to be armed.
The first and most obvious example is to use an external concealment garment such as a jacket or a vest. The problem with that is you may want to take said jacket or vest off at some point, and now you can’t because you don’t want to show everyone your gun.
Another option is carrying in an alternate location, such as pocket carry or ankle carry. These can have drawbacks of their own. Pocket carry is difficult to access while seated, and ankle carry is very slow to access unless you’re seated. Plus, it’s difficult to carry even a compact gun in a pocket or on an ankle. That being said, ankle carry can have some advantages and certainly has a place as a carry option.
That leaves us with belt carry. There are a couple of good options here, including holsters that have tuckable belt clips, although those can still leave two belt clips visible over your belt. The best tuckable CCW option is probably the Phlster Enigma, which allows complete concealment under a tucked in shirt.

I use a 4 o’clock carry, will this work with that as well? And how well does this work with G19 sized handguns? In the appendix or 4 position?

I'm with you, ain't pointing a loaded gun at my vitals. All this appendix carry the cool kids are doing, just looks crazy. I'd just go 4 o'clock with a nice inside the waist holster, and wear a jacket, or pocket carry my micro.

Michael Tremblay I carry 4 O'clock also. What I do for OWB is use a Bulldog leather medium slide holster and either wear a jacket, fleece, or untucked shirt. With this holster I can use either a sub compact or micro compact. What I do for IWB is use a Kusiak leather signature minimalist tuckable with a cant for a micro compact. The shirt tucks in the inside of the single clip. Only the clip shows and can either be over the belt or clipped to the waistband under the belt. I also use a Galco Stow N Go leather IWB for a sub compact but its not tuckable so I wear it like I would the OWB slide holster with a jacket, fleece, or untucked shirt. Sometimes I just leave the shirt bunched up around the top of the clip if my shirt is tucked in. My suggestion to you is get a Kusiak IWB signature minimalist tuckable for your G19. Be sure to watch their KZbin videos and read how to break in the holster because it will be tight when you first get it and the holster needs to be stretched with your pistol. This holster is pistol specific so it will only be fitted to that particular pistol. They have a large selection of holsters though with spare mag or without so you can pick and choose. I also have a Bugbite calf holster if I wear baggy legged pants for micro compact carry. I have a shoulder holster for a dress coat or blazer, jacket, or fleece if I want for sub compacts. For my revolver I use an Andicen leather IWB/OWB with a thumbbreak/snap I got off Amazon that has a belt loop on one side and a clip on the other side so it can be worn either way. It is not tuckable though.
