Of course, I had to forget to talk about something... If I have 3 playlists, then what is my weekly routine? I try to aim train every day I can, sometimes it's just not possible and taking a day off is inevitable. Here is my spreadsheet with everything I do: 1drv.ms/x/s!AsmShLZmBlHral3lgmB7n1D6s9w?e=iSh4qj Just train whatever you feel like - but don't skip and stick to your plan!

Any good tracking playlists on aimlabs?
@bileyiwnl
@bileyiwnl 20 күн бұрын
@@alsdfaasf I think Aimlabs feels pretty off when it comes to tracking scenarios. I would HIGHLY recommend buying KovaaK's if you're going to use it, the mechanics there feel so much better and even though I have 4x the hours of KovaaK's in Aimlabs (KovaaK's - 50h, Aimlabs - 202h), if I could start again I'd definitely go for Kovaak's.That said, there is an AMAZING tool called Voltaic Daily Improvement Method, which is made by people who really know their stuff in the community. Check out their full analysis here: docs.google.com/document/d/159k7gh4uDQ2FPcO3MjhAkROKOFQRkFJT3ge2yZLjgw4/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.3q6xnqltfusz If you're looking for tracking, they got you sorted. You don't have to do the whole hour btw, you can just do max of 25-30 minutes or whatever you like and then stop after that :)

Hey, I am Voltaic Astra and wanted to give you some feedback. All of the playlists are obviously good as they are made by people with good knowledge. I would mainly recommend playing harder versions of controlsphere when you get to around 50% acc, and also I would maybe add whisphere, vt raw control s5 to the playlist. Higher sens not only helps with training your wrist but also fingers, which are really important in all micro movements. Generally i have nothing bad to say about this, cool vid!
@bileyiwnl

Thank you so much for commenting man, extra knowledge from people who are much better is always appreciated :) I did not want to make this video 1 hour long explaining when one should upgrade to a harder scenario (also, because I don't have the knowledge to do that) so I didn't link the progressions for each task, including Controlsphere, but I 100% agree with you that there is a point after one should upgrade to a tougher, more demanding scenario. So yeah, this is definitely my bad. Whisphere is a fantastic scenario, about the other one I'm not sure since I haven't tried it, will do so today tho. Again, I appreciate your insight, it's very valuable!

you are right playlists are made by people with knowledge and skill thats why i say to make routine with 4 principles warm up drills, click/accuracy drills, tracking drills, remember to do exercises as intended. do it right rather than fast. speed comes with time, so does accuracy you should do aimtrainers with sense that allows you to click around confortably. higher senses can lead to bad habits. instead of using higher sense to improve accuracy, just focus in doing accuracy drills. if you feels stuck in some exercises scores just make a 1 or 2 day off and you will comeback stronger

But instead of focusing on different modes, I would recommending just sticking to deathmatch (train spraying there aswell), recoil control only if you're a beginner or coming off a break, fast aim reflex only for warmup, and then aim practice as an actual practice. And then obviously, faceits or premiers :D It is a lot tho, I agree.

with proper strafing and crosshair placement, i feel like you actually want to avoid flicking at all, that's what I observe from donk's POV. he's trying to always smooth tracking enemies near his crosshair, instead of micro-flick which may fuck up your afterwards bullets. despite the fact that his first bullet accuracy is insane, he's not afraid to miss his first or 2nd bullet because he knows he can always track towards the enemy if he don't panic and will kill them eventually. that's why i'm not a fan of the effectiveness of clicking scenarios at all for CS2.
@bileyiwnl
@bileyiwnl 14 күн бұрын
Yup, 100%. That's why you don't see him one tap all that often - of course, when he is confident he will show off that too, but he loves to spray (and he's so freaking good at it, too) and hit that first bullet, if he doesn't his 2nd or 3rd will for sure connect. He also doesn't really flick that often, because his crosshair placement is insanely on point and his movement just adds to it, which makes it very easy for him to visualize where his opponent is and strafe exactly there. What you said is also the reason why I train tracking so much, even for CS - you only pretty much click on pistol rounds, forces, or when you go for one taps - in CS it's so much more common to spray more bullets, and tracking helps to stay on-target so much more than clicking.

I came back to this video after doing this consistently for 2 weeks to update with my experience: - Before this routine, I had a 30min-1hr aim routine INSIDE of cs2: aim_botz, tracking, spray and variety dm (sometimes regular, sometimes pistol, etc.) - I felt like my aim wasn't improving and was too inconsistent, I could have a good day and a bad day or even on the same day it would drastically fluctuate. - Very specific micro adjustments like deagle, pistols and tracking in difficult scenarios were the most problematic. After doing it for 2 weeks: - Consistently getting higher and higher scores in each drill, which shows considerable improvement - Mouse control and comfort significatly improved - My consistency, ability to hit hard and skillful shots has improved SIGNIFICANTLY - Winning a bunch of duels that I usually wouldn't win For anyone feeling stuck with their aim in CS2, and are an intermidiate player with stuff like movement, crosshair positioning, spraying etc. figured out, current ways to practice aim in game are lacking. Aim drills are a way more efficient way to practice your aim and you will see results EXTREMELY FAST! Can't recc this enough. I'm following exactly the drill that biley provided in the video.

In the bonus tips when you talk about switching up your sensitivity, do you switch it in game too? Or just for the training? For example if I run the routine with a slightly higher sens than normal, should I then play CS with the same slightly higher sens? Or would you suggest I stick with my normal sens? Great vid btw!
@bileyiwnl
@bileyiwnl 11 күн бұрын
Hey man, very good question! I would absolutely recommend sticking to your current sensitivity in-game, only switching it up in aim trainers. The reason for that is mostly to do with consistency and confidence - when you're training, you want to try out different stuff, whether it's different sensitivites (which involve different muscle groups), scenario types, FOVs, whatever. In an actual game, you need to be on your A game, which requires way more than just aiming well. I would only advise to switch sensitivites after going through a slump for a longer period of time, then it may be a signal to mix things up :) Let me know if that answers your question!

@bileyiwnl
@bileyiwnl 15 күн бұрын
Thanks for the kind words bro! I know exactly what you're suffering from lolll, I also like to switch my sens around. The thing that works for me is just sticking with one sens for an extended period of time. Use one sens everywhere - in CS, Aimlabs/KovaaK's for at least a month. The reason why you're inconsistent with any sensitivity is because you didn't give yourself the time to adjust to it. Find a sense you're comfortable with - not shaking terribly when tracking, performing flicks with confidence, and don't change it and DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THE SENSITIVITY for some time. Just focus on performing as well as you can in-game and worry more about your game sense and decision making than anything else, especially aim-wise.

@bileyiwnl 20 күн бұрын
💯💯💯 totalnie W PUNKT.

@bileyiwnl
@bileyiwnl 20 күн бұрын
Of course! Both are good options tbh, but the reason a lot of people use 16:9 resolution (and FOV 103) is for tracking, wide wall scenarios and target switching scenarios. Sometimes the target may be off screen (less FOV - less targets on the screen) and you will be forced to 'guess' where the target is, which may impair your flick technique. You are obviously free to experiment, but getting used to 16:9 in aim trainers takes about a few minutes and after that the difference is absolutely impossible to feel. It's not like if you'll play 4:3 you won't get results, no, 16:9 is just more tested and stable :)

Uhmmm, you don't have to pay at all! If you don't want to buy KovaaK's (which is a one-time buy anyway, I definitely recommend that, but there still is Aimlabs which is completely free) and obviously, these playlists are also COMPLETELY FREE. When it comes to DM, you also don't need to pay a dime, just go on Cybershoke and choose a server with a good ping that you can join and that's it. When it comes to coaching, I'm sure there are many great coaches out there and it's definitely a good idea if you're serious about CS. Maybe I could also help with that a bit, I know some things and I was thinking about coaching, but that would obviously be free of charge since I'm not in a position to demand a pay for that lol :D So yeah, it turns out it's really not that expensive :)

Good video. But as a CS player to use overwatch fov 103, its just stupid. U just train your brain and sens memory for a different scenario. No matter watch other people use, its not like every kid outside is a pro graphic video Fov expert. The most people not even understand what fov do. Cs2 fov ist 106 if you play 16:9. And fov 90 is if u play 4:3. Overwatch and pubg 16:9 ist fov 103 Every fov is different sensivity because you zoom in. It can feel a bit faster. If u play cs2 by 1080p u use fov 106 sens-xxx. If u train on 103 your sens need be a little smaller to match right with cs. The best is just use fov from your main game. Dont overload your brain. And use in every game same sens depens on cs fov. Otherwise it will be same like you do ADS with Aug and do 360* with 57cm But your 57cm are for normal first person vision.

@@GodyArtDesign Trust me, your brain is way more powerful than you think and changing sensitivity, fovs or anything else won't really affect your brain negatively, it's only going to affect it positively tbh. When it comes to why the FOV is on 103 - it's for scenarios like wide wall, tracking or target switching. Seriously, fov 90, fov 103 - not really a huge deal. fov 90 , fov 120 - yup, there it actually might affect your effectiveness SLIGHTLY. Aim trainers are not meant to simulate the real game in a way that it MUST FEEL LIKE PLAYING THE GAME. It is supposed to be more challenging and placing you in a different environment. That said, it's really whatever - fov 103, fov 90, just don't skip your training.

@bileyiwnl dude i self study this sens fov thing the last 6 years. I know everything about. You will not train your real sens with this 103 fov for cs, that it. What ever success u have, it good be better. If u play cs on hd 106 sens 2,5. And u train it here on 103 Sens 2,5. So u train the sens of 2.5728155 für cs on 106. Its not much, but its different. @bileyiwnl
@bileyiwnl 22 сағат бұрын
It's not like if you'll play 4:3 you won't get results, no, 16:9 is just more tested and stable :) 'Matching the resolution' doesn't really matter as much, it won't make you improve faster or anything

No, not really. I explained it in the bonus tip about sensitivity, but here similar things apply. Controlling your mouse with fingertips gives more accuracy for very small adjustments, and that scenario is difficult to play on a higher sensitivity, due to the nature of fingertips, that's why we want a little lower sensitivity to make it easier at first. Then, if you level up, you can move to a higher sensitivity :)

@bileyiwnl well i was also 2300 in csgo and now i peaked at 3380 a week ago, also did some training with kovaaks but i belive that what really helped with my progress was that i played very much overally like close to 100hours and most of that time was deathmatches and other kinds of aim training anyways, half of the skill in aiming in cs2 is prediction and aim trainers cant make you better at reading player model movements, aim training is good for warmup or when you feel your static is bad but other than that its useless, optimally it should be less than 10% of your time spent in games, use it as a refreshment to your basic aim mechanics

@bileyiwnl
@bileyiwnl 20 күн бұрын
Good question! I Aimlabs or KovaaK's may not feel like CS, because, well, they're not CS. Although at first I could feel the difference, right now I completely don't notice it. I decided to go with aim trainers because the CS (back in CS:GO, I haven't tried the CS2 ones yet) workshop maps felt like a very, very cheap version of the scenarios in Aimlabs/KovaaK's. Scenarios in those aim trainers are seriously insane, you can literally customize anything you want - from the size of the targets, the shape, speed, unpredictiveness, you name it. This means there is always room for improvement and you're never comfortable, which I can't say about the basic CS workshop maps. I believe that there seriously is nothing better on the market right now to train AIM than KovaaK's or Aimlabs.
@dem1seCS
@dem1seCS 20 күн бұрын
to add on biley's statement; it doesn't have to feel like cs. the important thing is that you train your aim in kovaaks or aimlabs because you can isolate your skills and weaknesses that way. do you suck at tracking? go play tracking scenarios and increase the difficulty as you get better. suffering from poor flick consistency? same thing. then on top of this all you should play dm in-game as well as aimbotz, because aim trainers are NOT a replacement for your game. never forget to train in-game as well.
@bileyiwnl
@bileyiwnl 20 күн бұрын
@ demise is as always SPOT ON with his stuff. Terrible mistake - aim training for 2 hours a day thinking you will become an aiming GOD in CS in less than 2 weeks. VERY WRONG, I tried doing that and because of that my in-game hours dropped from 90 in the last to weeks to almost 40, while Aimlabs increased from 5 to almost 20. Never put aim training above actually playing the game, whether it's Aimbotz, DM, Faceit, whatever - to improve at the game you have to first play the game, and play it a lot.

Having a little bit of tension in the right moments is not bad at all! To be honest, you just have to find a balance - on things like static, while flicking you should not be tense, but sometimes when the target switched directions in tracking you need a little bit more tension. So tbh you just need to find the right mixture of both, but I would try to be more relaxed than tense :)
