I personally take Turmeric with black pepper and cinnamon everyday. I'm a firm believer that all synthetic medication can and should be replaced with all natural alternatives.

Herbs have been treasured for centuries for their potential health benefits and culinary uses. Incorporating herbs into your daily routine can be a delightful way to enhance the flavor of your meals while also potentially supporting your well-being. Here are a few popular herbs known for their health-promoting properties: Turmeric: This vibrant yellow herb contains curcumin, a compound with potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It's often used to support joint health and aid in digestion. Ginger: Known for its soothing effects on the digestive system, ginger also has anti-nausea and anti-inflammatory properties. It can be used in teas, cooking, or even as a spice. Lavender: Beyond its calming aroma, lavender can be used to promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. It's often found in herbal teas or used in aromatherapy. Peppermint: Peppermint is well-known for its digestive benefits. It can help alleviate indigestion, bloating, and gas. Peppermint tea is a popular choice for soothing stomach discomfort. Cinnamon: Aside from its warm and comforting flavor, cinnamon may help regulate blood sugar levels and have anti-inflammatory effects. Holy Basil (Tulsi): In Ayurvedic tradition, holy basil is considered an adaptogen, helping the body manage stress. It's also believed to support the immune system and overall well-being. Rosemary: This aromatic herb has been linked to cognitive benefits and improved memory. It's also a source of antioxidants and can add a delightful flavor to a variety of dishes. Chamomile: Chamomile is known for its calming properties, making it a popular choice for promoting relaxation and aiding in sleep. It's often consumed as a herbal tea. Oregano: With potent antibacterial and antiviral properties, oregano can help support the immune system. It's a staple in Mediterranean cuisine. Garlic: Not only does garlic add a wonderful flavor to dishes, but it's also associated with numerous health benefits, including immune support and heart health. Remember that while herbs can offer potential health benefits, it's important to use them in moderation and as part of a balanced diet. If you have specific health concerns or are taking medications, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or supplement routine. click here www.digistore24.com/redir/466293/SantoshSutar/

Big fan of medicinal herbs myself. I'm finding that some of these herbs are better for my system, work better for the ailment. Totally agreed. Food should be the medicine! I am learning to manage my ADHD thru food/herbs. Interesting about the Rosemary though! I'm going to start using more! I take Kava too, and I can honestly say it's quite similar to taking a xanax. Definitely works better than the Lorazepam (I no longer take) that was prescribed to me, and I don't have to use it that often.

Hey AMR, thanks for the kind words and great question! Research is a little hazy with tea tree oil and estrogen boosting as there is some research on this but the extent of it is quite thin. I this Eurasia man never read the biblical scripture and the first father of medicine was Imhotep, Greek Imouthes, (born 27th century BCE, Memphis, Egypt), vizier, sage, architect, astrologer, and chief minister to Djoser (reigned 2630-2611 BCE), the second king of Egypt’s third dynasty, who was later worshipped as the god of medicine in Egypt and in Greece, where he was identified with the Greek god of medicine, Asclepius. He is considered to have been the architect of the step pyramid built at the necropolis of Ṣaqqārah in the city of Memphis. The oldest extant monument of hewn stone known to the world, the pyramid consists of six steps and attains a height of 200 feet ... It’s so 😢😢😢 to see other groups of people wanting to be first when you are the last on the planet 🌏 and all the greatest civilization in higher learning, and being way, establish hundreds of thousands of years before you came into existence😩😩😩😫😫😫💯💯💯💯💢💢💢💢 The so called black peoples did it all first no other group can ever compare to them 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and I can tell you didn’t do any research just regurgitating what you heard piss poor doctor🫤🫤🫤
