I am simple guy. I drink optimum nutrition gold standard whey. The best tasting I have had this year has been myprotein cinnamon cereal though. It is like drinking Cinnamon Toast Crunch! Edit: right as I was typing that, you mentioned another cinnamon cereal protein! Spooky!

100% agree. The 5.5lb bag from Costco is like $60 bucks and has 24g of protein per scoop. Tough to beat those stats while on a budget

My go to protein supplement is the fairlife Protein milk, with 30g of protein from 11oz and 150 calories. I typically have 2. day (AM/PM) one in a smoothie and one straight. That's 60g of protein and the other 140 or so I get from food.

Are there any protein powder in this era that tastes better than MTS Protein cookies n cream? Haven’t bought protein in years and used to swear by Tiger fitness’s MTS Protein. Their cookies n cream flavor is exactly like Oreos and has chunks. But unfortunately they’ve raised their price by $20 so it’s $70 now for a 5lb tub.

I have heard that liquid egg whites are not so great. Something about your body not being able to use the protein because it needs to be broken down through the heating process or something like that. I know Derek from more plates more dates has talked about it

My favorite protein on the run is a can of tuna and a can of pineapple. Used to read that recommended frequently as a kid. I haven't seen anyone say it in years.

I'm using Carbon Fire's Isolate Whey right now. Tastes great and certainly gets the job done. Very little stomach issues with it and mixes up really well

I prefer Ryse Cinnamon over Ghost. Even if their protein percentage is off by a fraction, but Ghost Cinnamon is definitely more cost effective.
