I remember Gatorgum and Bonkers candy. My favorite flavors of Bonkers were orange and chocolate. I remembered being jealous of the lady eating the chocolate one and a big candy bar fell on her. One candy not mentioned was Atomic Fireball, an extreme cinnamon candy made by Brach's. My sister used to get that whenever we would get the Brach's pick-a-mix. I had to soak mine in a glass of ice water before I could eat it.

Pumpkin Spice isn't supposed to be pumpkin flavored. It's literally just the spices used in pumpkin pie. Guess they should have called it Champurrado M&Ms instead.

There was once a candy called PB Max. It was a big wad of real peanut butter, not the sugary, dry nougat stuff, dipped in milk chocolate. Unearthly good. Why is it gone? Why?!

The pumpkin spice M&Ms are not too great alone,however,as a confection topping,it works perfectly for cupcakes and brownies. Just passing on the tasty ideas lol

The problem with Skittles spicy candy, wasn't that they were spicy, it was that they were using an unknown chemical to make them spicy. They should have been using capsicum. But they tasted more like black pepper than capsicum peppers, which is wrong. Nobody enjoys the burn of black pepper, hence they use a little, not a lot.

Too bad banana flavoring doesn't come from the kind of bananas we eat, or they might actually have been half decent. The flavoring is the same as in banana candies, banana flavored medicine, etc, it comes from a now extinct variety of banana.

@@darrylkinslow5613 I'm actually glad that the banana flavoring used is the flavor of the Big Mike. Those were replaced with the Cavendish long before I was born, and I have always felt a bit saddened that they are not around any more. I love the old banana flavor. I've heard that the Wal Marts in Florida do get Big Mike starters at some point in the year actually. Just need to get in good with someone down there and convince them to send a couple my way. :)

I’m a diabetic, and I tried sugar-free Gummy Bears once. They taste just as good as the regular bears, but sadly the bad reports about what happens next are true. I had only eaten a few so nothing graphic happened, but I didn’t feel so good the rest of the day.

There were loads of good sugar free candies that were really good, until companies in the past few years started putting maltitol in everything. Maltitol is a laxative, so now most people who buy candies are flushing out their system unwillingly. It's in nearly everything now, soon all of society will be pooping themselves to death.
