Nuts & seeds: these can help a lot! They provide healthy fats, and loads of nutrition! Here are some examples: flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds, & loads! Dark chocolate: it provides antioxidants (only if it’s 70% cocoa or higher) and you can snack on it anytime! It’s high in calories, low in sugar, and provides sweetness. Although, it does contain caffeine and too much caffeine can contribute to weight loss. Hope this helped!
