Unlimited vacation is NOT selling point unless there is a minimum number of required ANNUAL PTO days. Give me fixed PTO that must be paid out if I am fired, quit, etc. Otherwise it's been rigorously shown that people take LESS days off because there is no standard for what is considered reasonable and nobody wants to test the waters. Fuck that.
