I have question, Shall we say there 2 emails and I need received notification (display alerts) from only one account , other account should be silent. How can I do this 🙂

Hi Kevin. Great question! There is a way to do this. You could turn off the notifications under settings (as demonstrated in the video). Then, you can create a rule for the account where you do want to receive notifications. To do that, go to Rules|Manage Rules and Alerts. From there, create a new email rule. There will be a wizard to go through. In Step 1, click Apply rule on messages I receive . In Step 2, just click Next. In Step 3, check the display a Desktop Alert box. In Step 4, the exceptions, check the except through the specified account. At the bottom, there is a hyperlink to select the account from where you want the notifications. In the last part, give the rule a name and keep the Turn on this rule box checked. Then click Finish. Hope that works for you!

Is this channel still being monitored ? Looking for a way to (randomly/equally) label emails that come into a shared inbox so that the members can be assigned emails in which they will be tasked to respond to. Any tips or ideas for a 3rd party software would be greatly appreciated.
